You would need a collateral. It doesn't look like you have that so you will not be able to borrow. Documents, work experience, etc - that doesn't mean anything here.

If by fundraising you meant posting a BTCitcoin address for donations, then that's going to count as begging ^{[against the rules]} but if you meant more like actual crowdfunding, then that's a different story.

The only guarantee of paying back the loan is by providing a collateral to the lender
