Still, the coming year is full of surprises, and it can be a bet that the price may rise further because the political and economic factors of many countries are bad. Therefore, governments will try to try to increase the monetary mass and people get more money that will make these currencies weaker.

Covid-19 still have some bad effects and overall we ma have very cheap bitcoins

Whatever goes-up so quickly, will fall so badly.
Hopefully, not the case for bitcoin. We always want a mature market, less volatile, and more adopters.
$19k is just a beginning before the real Bull-run in 2021 when more investors recognize bitcoin as a digital gold as a reserve asset.

Personally I am calm, because in such situations you should better control emotions in order not to feel quite another spectre of emotions in case the price started going down in few days or weeks))) sometimes it happens, the market is unpredictable.

Don't get emotional yet, you haven't seen what's the full and the peakiest that this rally can make. At least those strong hands that bought in the peak of 2017 and held until now, can have at least recover a bit from their losses. That's only possible if they've held and didn't sold for 2 years.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting this rally before the end of this year. I am really happy to see it now. I wonder what the new ath will be at the end of this rally. In my opinion, Bitcoin can reach 25k dollars until then.

People that have been in the hole for 3 years since $20K are just now hitting break even.

This is where decisions will vary or depend and the outcome would neither benefit or would end up for you to be holding again for long time.If they have bought on that 2017 peak and havent still sell even up to this date
then thats truly remarkable since not all would really have the patience on holding up for too long but i doubt that most of them had already panic sell when the price had dumped so hard back in the past.
I cant blame them because who wouldnt panic if someone would see 3k into their investment when they had bought in 19k? For sure your stress and fear will really be on the rooftop which would
really in result into bad decisions.

i'm still not getting back what i could have had since 2017 so i'm not yet happy with this $19k as i don't have much btc.

the altcoins i was holding isn't yet soaring high that if the price will go beyond $100, i may be able to get rid of this bag off my back. ETH still not reaching $1200 is too hard to watch while BTC is already up there.

I am really happy on seeing the bitcoin and the market on having a good rally right now and because of that I thought many people are having a profit due to that they are holding so much bitcoin even before this rally starts.
 

Everyone is emotional with the rally but at different degree. Whatever the state of emotion be logical with your decision. It is still early in the market both with bitcoin and altcoins. Bitcoin has enjoyed most of the year, so we expect the altcoin rally very soon, something in the size of 10x and more. The next few months will be interesting but ones position in the market will so matter.

The market has a long run to go for this year and we are seeing that the altcoins will be also rally very soon. I am very excited what would be the outcomes of this bullish of the market, the next few months will be the judgement if the whole market will pump up again.

It will be really interesting to know if there is anyone in the forum that is going through that scenario, because I really doubt that anyone that bought bitcoin at the 20k level and that did so in order to get some fast and easy profits had the mental fortitude to keep holding their coins for three years just to break even, most likely all of those people panicked and sold their coins just a few weeks or months after they bought bitcoin at that price and most likely they never returned to the market.

Sounds like another historic moment near to be recorded mate,as Bitcoin now positioned strong at $19,000 we are all in waiting when will this kick and take that 20k value  again?
I'm pretty sure that after hitting 20k many holders will sell out and the price will fall for a while and that is what i'm waiting for.
that is the perfect time to buy more before it takes off again to reach another goal.

Yes, the 20K price is looking much easier as bitcoin's price is making to the traditional media. It's when all those people enter the market boosting the price and buying off coins from the real hodler. Just make sure you don't buy costly coins and sell at loss. It's okay to sell a bit less than ATH.

This is a great opportunity for all of us and it also prove that bitcoin is trusted by many investors around the world. There is no FOMO or a hype in order to increase the price of bitcoin. It is simply the pure supply-demand principle. Sometimes, something with much emotion will not be good at all because it may drive us to be more emotional again. then, it will lead us to now think about something realistically. I really understand how BTC really struggles and works and how investors have been suffering after several years since its last time bullish in 2017. But, never put your emotion in the first stage because it may hurt you. It is better to say calm and still on the track. The sentiments right now are towards the bullish side that is why investors are joining the train ride one after another.

My opinion?? I'm very bullish with Bitcoin ever since but not as bullish like this. This is almost like the same with its movement last 2017 but the only difference right now is that this bullish movement of Bitcoin is institutional-driven because we know that Grayscale and Paypal are buying Bitcoins. I expect for some retracement in the future.

Don't do what the investors are doing right now or you're money will be gone like an air . Just wait for the perfect time to enter. Wait for some correction before you enter.

This is the second time I see bitcoin touch $19.000 maybe more than that. Yeah, I came across to this place when bitcoin close to reaching its all time high, at that time I don't know much about bitcoin and also I have no bitcoin in my wallet. I just saw many people talk about how their profit and their regret to not buy more bitcoin when its price is low.

But now, I understood what they said and I felt regret as well when I didn't buy bitcoin at the lower price (I saw bitcoin price touched its all time high $3500) and that time I still doubt to spent my money to buy bitcoin and yeah I'm so regretted it. At least I have bitcoin now, not much but I'm so greatful to see my profit that I got and it could increase if I hold until the price touch its all time high.

 Indeed. I, myself started to hold bitcoin since 2018. And been  a long term holder with much hope that bitcoin will reach $20k and seeing it now I also feel emotional as all my patience and efforts are now been paid off. I sell off 1/4 of my holdings when it reach $18,800 and planning to sell another part of my holdings when it reach $20k. It's around the corner now, this indicated how bitcoin gives hope to those who wanted to make a passive profits.
