Cloudbet forced verification stuck for more than 10 days

UPDATE: My issue has been resolved.

I deposited 15500 USD worth of crypto on cloudbet on 15 of november to place a bet on a mma fight i didnt intend to use the whole balance as i thought with other exchanges and gambling sites i could just transfer it as instead of using multiple transaction and paying extra fees, after i placed the bet with 3k dollars of the balance and won the bet and tried to withdraw the balance it said that i couldn't withdraw because i haven't used 100% of my balance nothing about using the whole balance was mentioned in their terms and they said its a industry wide antimoney laundering law i then asked to send the money back to my original address which i transfered from which they disagreed to.

They asked me to send them the verification documents which i then sent them the same day on 15th of November and since then my account hasn't been verified, all they say is that the player security team is looking into the matter but it is never solved, my whole crypto balance is stuck their which i cant use which frustates me because im dealing with real life consequences.

I don't understand why you deposit so much money on Cloudbet. they don't have the best reputation right now. You should have done better research before depositing that much money.
They have not responded to the forum for a long time. I hope they will respond and fix it for you.

AFAIK wagering your deposits at least once is forced from all bookmakers before you can withdraw

Deposits with higher amounts could trigger their security team or any team that's specific on accounts monitoring with huge deposits. That is why they're asking for verification if they ever found a user to have an amount huge as yours. It's on their terms that they have the rights to verify any account. You can't blame him. Cloudbet's site looks nice, and you'd think it's reliable too. Let's hope that at least you get your money back.

It might be of help if you will also post your problem in their thread to get an attention from their management. Before Ronnie was too active on that thread, answering questions and taking actions for the concerns of their customers. I don't know why it became passive lately.

Ten days is a long time to verify an account. I think they are investigating if you are somehow connected to accounts they have suspected of cheating in the past. There was another accusation against them involving a similar amount and I wouldn't be surprised if Cloudbet responds with the same "cheating" allegation.

This is so bad to hear if your claim is true then cloudbet need to get that fixed and if there is any terms and conditions as regards withdrawal then it has to be mentioned to user earlier before they go ahead to make any deposits. I will advice you get in touch with the team to see what can be done about this.

I guess what you mean by verification documents (below your post) is kyc,right? If yes, what reply did the site gave you concerning your kyc... did you qualify or no?

In regards to using up the whole balance, I don't think that is mandatory. They probably said that to get you gamble all the fund away and avoid passing through kyc which is likely required for people withdrawing such big amount or withdrawing above certain withdrawal limit.

It's a lot of money, so I think the ID was asked reasonably. And it's not scam per se only because you're been asked to provide the ID when you decided to withdraw rather than at some point before. I'm really sorry you faced these difficulties, but the good news is that Cloudbet has positive trust on the forum, so it's unlikely that they would risk their reputation over this money of yours. I hope they'll provide good reasons for the delay and resolve the matter. Opening a scam accusation is a wise advice (I see you've already opened it), and then you might have to provide some proofs that this conflict is real (screenshots) and wait for Cloudbet to join the discussion. i dont see this rule on other sportbetting sites that i visited with and i havent seen anyone complain with this issue aside from the op so what you are saying might not be true .

 if that was true , that was a crazy rule and everyone else arent going to deposit big but depositing small amount from time to time can be a hassel and even if you depo small amount and bet it all , what if you will loose ? op should be recieving his money earlier than 10 days because he seem to be honest .

I got verified 16 hours after i posted this maybe they looked at this because they weren't verifying me since 10 days.

Not all but there's a few that have a deposit rollover specifically the ones that offer free withdrawal fee like nitrogensports and fortunejack. When clearing a rollover the last thing you want to do is going all in on a single bet there's ways to clear it easily without losing that much. Also the deposit rollover rule is already common in most bitcoin casinos so it shouldn't be that different when it comes to bitcoin sportsbooks.
