It should be LINK, YFI , Compound, Aave. and another one looks like keeperv1 can be considered as a good option for the defi tokens too.
There's a limitation to the defi coins consider defi is too risky to be used as an investment right now. Did you see that hacked cases that happened with some coins? If you have seen it and then you must avoid to invest in the garbage coin.
It's also good that you can use binance coin to get some defi tokens that will be instantly traded on binance.

If you don't do research on projects they will remain unknown to you, what you need to do is find the reason why some coins are well popular in crypto space, many new projects lacks good utilities this days that's why they fail easily, if you must choose a coin or token make sure the projects has good utilities and pro teams, it could hard at first but you will get along if you don't stop learning.

It is difficult to investigate a successful Defi project in the future, but you can try joining MoonDefi or YFI,
YFI is the most popular  Defi project now, and the new MoonDefi project which is currently still developing,
I recommend MoonDefi not because I follow their marketing program, but If you look at it the liquidity at Uniswap is very high,

I will suggest to you that you forget about investing for the time being and concentrate yourself on learning, I understand that since we are going to a bull market you may be tempted to enter the market as soon as possible, but what it is the point of doing that if you're going to lose money? Take the time to learn and if you are still decided to invest in the market then please do it in some of the most popular coins in the market.

Investing in unknown coins is very difficult and only those that are experts on the topic should do it, you are simply too inexperienced to even be able to tell if the advice that you're going to be given in this thread is worth your time or not.

UNI is one of the most popular among the Defi since its the token of Uniswap.  The potential of this token will be the highest for me and then the Aave. So far I have no invested elsewhere. Personally, it's not recommended for someone who is a newbie in this crypto space to invest in defi moreover unknown coins (too risky). It's necessary to see the purpose of that project created or the solutions they bring to resolve the current problem on the market, use cases of their coins plus coin allocations (tokenomics), people behind the project, and roadmap. Those are some basic internal things to consider when you gonna invest in a new project but it does not mean if a project has good points in all of those factors will guarantee the success of the project.

There are few projects that I trust very well that are DeFi projects, since they are just getting to the market we have to wise up and avoid the bad ones. There is DeFi that is really good and I always recommend it all the time, although you should as well consider your own research do that you don’t make a mistake and invest at the wrong time or what’s not meant for you.

Try to look into Augur, it’s one of the gainers this week and even today the price has been increasing. You should as well look at their use cases, and that brings me to Compound which is a lending and borrowing project. Others are MakerDAO, Synthetix, and UniSwap which is popular.

Personally, I focused on LINK, AaVE, but in any case, you need to understand these projects yourself and understand exactly what tasks they solve thanks to them and whether it is worth investing in them. I also see a great future in the POLKADOT project. This is not a DEFI project, but in my opinion it is very promising.

How is DEFI losing, you are getting it twisted? The coins you mentioned are awesome, but don't forget that ETH blockchain birthed many DEFI projects. Actually the DEFI hype doesn't cause FOMO like when the trend started, but many DEFI projects are doing great. Some DEFI coins like DMG and OM which dipped so badly, I took some risk to buy the dips after seeing some upcoming news and made huge profit. Also SUSHI gave cool profit lately, but I missed the train. Someone already recommended YFI, LINK, CRV, etc I think you should go to DEFI section on Coinmarketcap and do some personal research on top DEFI projects, ranked according to market cap.

Kyber Network, YFI are two defi I believe will explode in 2021. They are very potential and you should buy them and wait for them to rise. Their rating of increase is well worth a looking.

Sorry to say but you are on your own on this one mate, DeFi projects isn't something one can advice people to invest on because they are more risky than some other projects today, scam and hacks surrounding DeFi projects are so higher, if you want to take risks go in with few dollars that you can take your eye off if you get scammed.

why will people select the coin if its unkown and if a coin is unknown you cannot tell its characteristics but defi coins can be an example of coins that have an unknown future . if you want coins that surely has a bright future the answer could be bitcoin or etherium . i know these two coins are being talked the most but i dont follow others i did my part doing my research and found out that eth have a future plan and obviously btc is being supported by big companies , not to mention its value is growing big now .
