If you have considered it as shitcoin then i think there is no reason to convince investment, or just that you went through and bought the tokens of the project meaningless and you are waiting in vain. In this market there are a lot of scam projects created, and even projects that have bump dump.

Shitcoin I mean is coins or tokens that have recently entered an exchange. The coins or tokens that are sold in an ICO like this. Usually, they have a price increase and are then dumped without any increases again.

Of course people do this - even i do sometimes- but the risk is much higher now than before, few years back during the great crypto boom, any shit coin was money because in any way it will pump as a result of the market, but now the story is quit different, if you do this and the project did not go as expected it means you are left with bags of shit coin.

I do not even see a progression in shitcoins so I do not prefer it and I always staying away from it. If you are a high risk investor where you only have 2 choices which is to earn big or to lose big then investing in shitcoins can be a prefer investment with you but if you are a type of investor who have low risk tolerance then it is better if you will just focus on promising altcoins and forget about shitcoins.

It depend on what @op regarded as shit coin, one thing i notice with most crypto users is that once a project price is down regardless of the innovation behind it, it automatically turn shit coin just because the price is down, many people use price as yard stick to measure project and tag them as shit coin,

What are the type of shitcoins you referring to? Some shitcoins have no single Volumes and they end up getting delisted on crypto exchanges, this type of shitcoins are near their dead end cycle but as for shitcoins that are still trading on exchanges they still have hopes left, forget the fact that they have low values like 0.0008$ or something like that, they can still bring good value in future

This is 2020 those picking just any coins now had a mindset of 2017, where people back then are just picking any coin without knowing about their platform, we should be matured now to know that only coins with usage and platform that the community is supporting are the only coins that will have to be pump when the bull run comes.
