I'm a crypto investor. I like investing and trading. But now-a-days crypto craze is everywhere. Bitcoin & Ethereum both are working good.
Some of people are saying that Bitcoin bullrun has started and so guys are saying it will make a correction and will come back to down..
In other side Ethereum is also performing good. Ethereum 2.0 coming news just created a fomo or you can say interest in Ethereum that's why I can see a good movement.

But if anyone want to invest then which is good? Because BTC and ETH both are performing good and other ALTs are also performing a little good.

Investment in crypto is a high risk venture and investors should always be aware. In as much as you can make so much money from the invested asset you can as well lose all the money you invested.

Having said that, I have always advised people close to me that the best time to invest in crypto is not usually the time of pumping and high volatility like what we're seeing now. It is better to get in before or after the pumping if you want to reduce your risk and maximize profit.

I can assure you that the current prices of BTC, XRP, and other altcoins are not going to be sustained for a long time before you start seeing corrections and reversal. If you're ready to go long term, then you can take the risk ad invest now, but if you're aiming for a short term return then I don't thing this is the best time to invest.

This is my personal opinion.

I see the surge in the price of ETH to be justifiable, which is due to the forthcoming launch of ETH 2.0.
What will you say is the reason for the surge of BTC price?

That means something to me that investing in ETH may do well because it's market performance may be sustained for a long time due to its upgrade.

Bitcoin  is always a safer bet than any other altcoin.
Ethereum is the best altcoin out there, this is why it is #2.

My suggestion is to have at least 70% bitcoin. If ethereum go to 1500 again I would sell some and buy bitcoin with it

Many of experience opinion will be same as like you said.Because most of experience will be the bitcoin investor then of Ethereum.Even they brought Ethereum,sure they convert to Bitcoin in a future.Bitcoin and Ethereum had a good support and can be trusted for the long trading also.

All will had their own opinion.The price of Ethereum will be move to maximum before the launch of Ethereum 2.0.Since Ethereum is needed one fior the new launch of Ethereum 2.0.So hold till the january to get good price.

Bitcoin and Ethereum and some few other coins clearly lead when it comes to stability and fundamentals, but bitcoin has lesser massive profit potential than other coins. so it is better to invests in other coins with more profit potential and conserve you profit in bitcoin

If you are asking the investment choice among bitcoin and eth then my obvious choice would be eth at the moment although btc is also ready for moon mission but eth has more potential in my opinion, some of the readons why im super bullish about eth are pointed below:
Eth 2.0 launch with upgrades.
PoS or staking activation
Large institutional interest
High demand from defi sector
Deflationary model launching in coming months as part of eth 2.0 in coming months.

Dear everyone is in the same boat just like you regarding investment decisions so i would say that it is your money so decision and responsibility is all yours. Everyone faces confusion in this regard but personally im comfortable with mostly the coins from top 20 list.

in my opinion, %50 btc, %25 eth, %25 other altcoins which are in top 100 in cmc.

But, I know it's very confusing.
As you know there was a correction before some days in bitcoin then it again came up 18k USDT.
ETH had also a correction but the price movement is not big.
It's a volatile market and if you follow my suggestion then go for ETH.
