YOBIT = NO HELP FROM SUPPORT FOR MONTHS, CANT ACCESS ACCOUNT

I am trying to access my old account and need to reset the 2fa code. It's been a couple years since I have last logged in. I have been trying to contact them for months, gave them all the information they asked for and still have heard NOTHING. Its pretty damn obvious it's my account. I am starting to think they made away with my coins long ago when they saw my account was inactive.

I guess its well known now, but DO NOT USE YOBIT. They WILL NOT help you if you have problems with your account and then you're totally screwed.

They will never give your any reply because sometime back I also have few issues and submit ticket but after many monthes I have no reply about this and they never give any update about this issue so know I am not on this site for months if you want to start trading again then leave this idea because yobit support sucks very badly.

At this point I am going to spam their support box every day until they actually contact me.

It's one of the exchanges with the shittiest support that I know and have seen multitudes of angry customers complain about it too. Good luck trying to make that noise in their chat box though I doubt they will care and if they do, they will probably ban you from it. Prevention is better than cure, avoid using exchanges like Yobit at all costs.

I don't think I get you well. You mean PMing forum members?
If so, then you don't need any satoshi to do so, though there are some restrictions from brand-new accounts to avoid unsolicited PM spam

Sorry I meant pm on yobit. I see you can send an admin a pm, but you have to have a "higher reputation"
