The bankers will never try to accumulate security coins like XRP. people were accumulating XRP caused by the spark token airdrop which potentially gives a lot of money to the participants. It's clearly stated that if the bank wanna try to partnership with ripple to use ripple's payment channel. The bankers have not interested in bought ripple. Did you know about r3?
You can start to accumulate more ripple now as long as you can deal with the risk.

Please do some more research before posting such articles as this might mislead so many people if they go by this article blindly, the recent pump was due to spark airdrop wherein users were accumulating Ripple, and just for your information Ripple can increase or decrease demand and supply anytime because they don't have fixed supply of tokens and moreover Ripple would never be accepted by true crypto-enthusiast since it's not fully decentralized and at the end, people will lose their money when the company decided to sell off the huge chuck of tokens or to dump more tokens into market.

This is a big NO for me because XRP is indeed a centralized coin and we can’t dictate its real supply, I just see this one as a great project but it will not replace bitcoin on top despite of having many projects with the banks. Well, XRP was able to land on top 2 before replacing ETH, but It didn’t take over the whole market.

As someone explained already, the rise or spike of the price is due to the upcoming scheduled fork.

So if the OP is thinking what the heck is happening to XRP that it might take over, then he is very wrong in the beginning.

XRP being a centralised and bankers coin is a big turn off to the majority here. And I would say that the consensus is that it won't get a nod and support from this community.

XRP are quite centralized as Ripple labs own ripple
Although they are fast but they doesn't stand out and not special

There's tons of blockchain that can do very high number of tps and cheap fee

We hear a lot of this marketing hype about how XRP is being adopted by banks. When you look at what's really happening this does not appear to be the case. XRP is a centralized, premined token. It is not a competitor to Bitcoin in any way. it is just something for the Ripple company to pump and make themselves rich.

Considering that There will be a Fork in XRP this December 12 and the price now is corrected,maybe ths is indeed that we mist accumulate Ripple with the amount we can afford to lose.
Because even how good we look at the value yet Volatility always changing the curse.
i will sell one of my Altcoin and will transfer to Ripple because it has been sleeping in my wallet for long but no progress.

The real holders of ripple (XRP) always winner. Like to other coins, But the bankers I guess they didn't wanted to trust that ripple I think they accumulate for a bigger transaction because its not too expensive. Just saying what I think. If I am a banker I will hold BTC and ETH also elrond, that kind of crypto obviously store of value.

No! it won't, although you can see the price is rising up to the point it almost tripled its past price, the top cryptocurrency in the market will always be bitcoin and I don't think it will change soon. Not with XRP even though I like the fact about the fast and lowest fees when it comes to its transactions. Bitcoin is decentralized and it will not change because investors will look forward to those advantages especially those who have lots of crypto assets on their hands.

I think XRP is not over although last day have down but all coin not only XRP going down and Bitcoin touch lower price more than minus 10%, but just check today XRP raise again to higher price and become good choose if you wanna try with not miss opportunity after loss chance with last XRP raise up, I think few week later XRP have snapshot program where holder ripple will earn new coin and have any exchange market support for snapshot like upbit and binance, just hold your xrp on the faster exchange credit your hardfork coin because I found with my locak exchange market always delay distributing for hardfork coin like BCH before.

What the OP mentioned i think is like a hype about XRP in this market. After the recent news with Ripple, XRP has increased by more than 100% in a short time, which has made the entire crypto market pay attention to it.
