Some people do not allow Bitcoin in any of their daily transactions or daily activities because they are waiting for it to be worth more in value to sell it for fiat.

There is nothing I have to worry about or be scared of when it comes to Crypto currency.    My biggest fear is sending my Bitcoin  to the incorrect address and them being gone forever.

The "average Joe" still doesn't know anything about Bitcoin and thinks that BTC is a really complicated geeky tech currency,while in reality Bitcoin is much simpler and user-friendly.
People will stick to what's known-Banks and credit/debit cards.
Achieving global Bitcoin domination and making all the people feeling comfortable with Bitcoin transactions will take at least one decade.

well it seems that some of them are financially good with the old concept, they like him do not want the central finances will change it will change their lives, and I think bitcoin is very fair because it is not controlled by anyone. Scared of what? In using bitcoin? I think people who didn't use bitcoin is not scared, they only need time to discover it and know about it and how to use it. Remember using bitcoin is not an easy as using fiat money that you can carry anywhere , anytime and you can use even without internet connection. In bitcoin you need to learn it first before using.

 - In our country, Bitcoin's reputation isn't that good. Scammers/fraudsters used bitcoin for investment and networking schemes. A lot of people here got scammed from many different fake btc companies that even our SEC warned netizens not to join any of these scam agencies.
 
 -People are also "Scared" to try out new things, new technology.
 
 -They also don't want "volatile" market and they are used to make payments using fiat that they ate hesitant to go outside of the shell and try new convenient digital payments using bitcoin.
 
 They wouldn't believe unless they see real proof of it being a legit  or if they try it themselves that bitcoin can be a good store value.

What do you mean by this though? You use Bitcoin or you don't. And I don't think it's really about not using Bitcoin because it's faster or easier. It's almost certainly harder to do (you have to sell the Bitcoin to get the cash, so it's a 2 step process). I know many countries have impossible means to send fiat though, sanctions etc, in which case Bitcoin is what makes it possible (not easier).

You can show them the benefits of using bitcoin. Like you said, a fiat transaction will take 2-3 days to arrive, so you tell them a bitcoin transaction will be completed faster. You can also tell people to not fear volatility. As soon as they receive bitcoin they can convert it to fiat or another stable crypto currency, if they aren't confortable with the risk.
People fear what they don't understand. So explain the basics and if possible, guide them through their first bitcoin transaction to make their experience best as possible. You know, first impressions are lasting.

Well maybe for those who really uses bitcoin want this kind of transaction if their country would allow it , but as far as we know some of companies or businesses store doesn't accept bitcoin even in money changer or shipment it is true that it could less your activities and save some time to go to store just to send money and easy to use , However not all are had knowledge in bitcoin maybe if there's someone who will have courage to introduce bitcoin to them maybe it will be an eye opener for them to see what the bitcoin benefits will be.

I can't blame them either, they don't have the courage and the knowledge as well which leads them not sure what they do next after having Bitcoin in their wallet. I feel them as I am just like these people who come into the crypto space with a lack of knowledge and market understanding.
