As we observe the current price for xrp it declined from the previous all time high. If we see the current trend to bounce more likely it will continue to increase. Yes, many users had bought xrp for the purpose of airdrop and I think once airdrop had occurred there is the possibility that price will slump. However, once the current status of market will push to have an increase in my view, it will set a new all time high, if not this year probably next year.

I think altcoins may not see ATH even in early 2021. Just look at the NEO, IOTA, ADA etc. (considering strong projects). They are far away from ATH. It is extremely difficult to even touch old ATH as of now.

No, there's no ATH this year, at least for ETH. Bitcoin will be the first one to achieved it's ATH then altcoins will just follow, but it seems like correction has already happen and bitcoin is not in bullish state anymore, so I don't think our expected ATH will come this year.

I think altcoins may not see ATH even in early 2021. Just look at the NEO, IOTA, ADA etc. (considering a strong projects). They are far away from ATH. It is extremely difficult to even touch old ATH as of now.

Bitcoin may only reach ATH if it have happen this year else will go to 2021 and altcoins some of the coins might reach in 1st quarter of 2021 only if bitcoin remains above 20k or else if it falls badly then do not know when it would rise back again as it may take even more than year to bounce back to this price of 20k again.

The trend is good when bitcoin is bullish, have you seen the altcoins when bitcoin reached $19k, there was some hype on it and some people believe that bitcoin will surpass it's current ATH, and that made ETH rise to $600, that was a significant move for ETH and you know, when major altcoins have a bullish run, the rest of the altcoins will follow, so let's see if bitcoin will be able to make its new ATH in the 2nd try.

The altcoin will have its time to reach the new ATH, and I think it's on the way to get it again. But we need to have more patient because it seems the new ATH can happen anytime, whether it will happen this year or next year. But it will be no problem if, somehow, the new ATH for bitcoin and altcoin will happen in the next year because we still have more time to buy bitcoin and altcoin. If you are expecting low-quality coins to reach their ATM, you need to have that coins from now on, so you don't be late to sell at a high price.

BTC Price as well XRP is really showing a chance to have their new record of ATH, if the price will continue to increase after this some recovery happening today. It can lead to new ATH when it starts to move it's price again higher. The market still have lots of chance for progress especially there are events that adding in the trend after the PayPal adoption.

Looking at the current situation, I think it is very possible that XRP will show a very positive trend in the next week, I'm also sure that bitcoin will also start craze again starting next week. early December will also start with ethereum 2.0 which will make everything bullish

I agree with your point of view on why this bull trend is in the crypto market. The situation of the last 2 weeks shows that a lot of people shill about Bitcoin as well as the events of the top altcoins. That has created excitement for the crowd out there and people are continuously pouring money into the market blindly.
With such crowd positiveness I think the top coins will come back to its ATH soon and even break down. This Bullrun will actually last through 2021, when the vaccine is released. So right now we are just at the beginning of the bull run.

in my opinion this corrections could be a big sign if new ATH for most of cryptocurrency will not happend in this year my friend
and i'm really believe 2021 most of good altcoins will create new high especially ethereum

I mean probably we have hit already a peek, but what is different from 2017 it is stability of the price around this high value.

Yes, i do, and why not? bitcoin has surpassed 18k and then it's very easy for bitcoin to surpass 19k again. To achieve a new ATH of bitcoin which was around 19800 and bitcoin is only needs to get less than 2k. That will be a very easy task as the pump is being prepared by the whales. More institutional buys bitcoin and this will give good pressure for people to buy bitcoin as much as they can.
These days bitcoin looks so crazy. It's quite difficult for ETH to reach its ATH but it's not for bitcoin.

That's true. The yearly ATH must be broken before it can reach the new ATH. It's like bitcoin, bitcoin has been surpassing its yearly high and bitcoin is starting to reach another ATH again. ATH is something that can't be reached easily without massive pump from the buyers.

New news and project updates are attracting more people to this market. Agree that nowadays a lot of people are just following the crowd and don't understand anything about it, i have followed up on all the news that you have said and it is really helping the market a lot. This field goes up. It's hard to predict for the future, but we can hope for the things that we are still thinking about this market, i believe will surpass ATH but probably not in 2020.

in December 12 if i am  not Mistaken,there is a up coming Fork In XRP platform so maybe this is the Reason there is a Huge Pump recently and still now there is indication that this is not finish.
