Fed Reserve LOST $9 Trillions and they dont know where it went. When being asked the government responded that they dont have jurisdiction to investigate the Fed Reserve:

I like to know what your response to that statement. Especially at 3:10.... amazing isn it?

Yet the media never made a big deal of this. (especially compared to MtGox fiasco). I guess the media is pretty much owned by banksters.

The Fed LOST $9 Trillion and they dont know where it went = Hardly anyone hears about it.
MtGox lost less than $1 Billion == Everybody hears how dangerous BTC is.

You would think an institution with as many resources as the Fed has would be able to find someone, anyone, better to handle a hearing than that lady. You could throw sardines at a wall and the noises it would produce would be a more compelling answer than her inane mumbling.

I like the perspective of $9 trillions = $30k for EVERYONE in U.S.

The Federal Reserve is about as FEDERAL as FEDERAL EXPRESS! We don't own the Federal Reserve the FEDERAL RESERVE owns US! There was another huge balance that went missing right before 9/11 2.3 trillion? That they were investigating the disappearance of?then all of a sudden by a strange coincidence Roll Eyes a said "plane" but was actually a MISSILE crashed into the Pentagon and destroyed that branch of office destroying all evidence of these transactions and ending the search since all paperwork was destroyed......... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W-F5NKAMdFc and people just magically seemed to forget all about this one unbelievable....... if you ask the SHEEPLE.....

Your either part of THE SOLUTION?Or your part of THE PROBLEM!

i watched it a couple years ago and i was shocked at the losses yet 2 years on the news spews out stories of how the people owe trillions, yet no one mentions the 9trill that the fed owes to people. it just strangely becomes a mixed in amount that 'people' now owe

Wow.  This reinforces my belief in BTC.  A currency, any currency, that cannot lie must be a threat for a reason.  What is that reason?

Rep. Alan Grayson, D-Florida: "I am shocked that nobody at the Federal Reserve is keeping track of this."

I think that was an overnight loan so these banks could clear their books.   It was paid back

The big question here for both the Federal Reserve & Mtgox...

Were these funds truly "lost", or intentionally stolen by the owners?

Call me jaded, but my vote is the later in both cases.

Of course they know where the money went, but you may not want to know:

1) The Afghan and Iraq wars, $2 trillion.

2) $1.3 trillion for the Bush tax cuts.

3) Red state welfare (federal taxes received versus federal taxes paid):

Of the twenty worst states, 16 are either Republican dominated or conservative states. Let's go through the top twenty.

New Mexico: $2.03
Mississippi: $2.02
Alaska: $1.84
Louisiana: $1.78
West Virginia: $1.76
North Dakota: $1.68
Alabama: $1.66
South Dakota: $1.53
Kentucky: $1.51
Virginia: $1.51
Montana: $1.47
Hawaii: $1.44
Maine: $1.41
Arkansas: $1.41
Oklahoma: $1.36
South Carolina: $1.35
Missouri: $1.32
Maryland: $1.30
Tennessee: $1.27
Idaho: $1.21
Does anyone else notice the overwhelming presence of northern "rugged individualist" states, like Alaska, the Dakotas and Montana, along with most of the South? Why it's almost like there's a pattern here or something.

Where can we find liberal bastions California, New York, and Massachusetts? California is 43rd, getting back only $0.78 for every dollar it sends to Washington. New York is 42nd, and one penny better off, at $0.79 per dollar. Massachusetts is 40th, receiving $0.82 for every dollar it sends to DC.
