Meriting: suchmoon is a gem of forum

Already few of my friends have shared like suchmoon is good on identifying right contribution across this forum and today I experienced that; I am just shocked how they got time and need to dig my 4 months old post.

Being an English only poster, I am starving of merits. When your good posts are unnoticed and when you are unable to compete against local posters for campaign slots, you may get discouraged and may start staying away from this forum by focusing on all other life's responsibilities; this is what my exact situation right now.

I am sorry to say only very few people are here meriting to quality posts and all others are just meriting for face value (means known accounts' posts). And suchmoon must be one of them on identifying merit deserving posts.

I feel suchmoon must have their own topic where people may report their right contribution to this community. Or we may request them to look into existing such topics.


If you have smerits and not finding enough time to identify merit-able posts then you may follow suchmoon to spend your smerits on right posts.

Suchmoon does an amazing job and he is the most generous merit source of this forum. But other merit sources must find good posts to merit on their own to spread the merit as most as possible.

I meant only those who are having little time for identifying right posts; it is a short-cut while you have hectic schedule yet your smerits will reach right posts.

When you are not sure about one person's gender, you may use 'they' instead of 'he/she'. In your more than 2 years of stay on this forum, never seen any such usage? You simply sound like a new owner for your account .

Obviously he's not a native English speaker unless he has some sort of mental retardation.  I think he's trying to say that he posts in the English sections only, probably because those are the only ones he can get paid for.  I don't see another way of interpreting that statement.

What are you suggesting here?  Meriting suchmoon's posts?  I agree, suchmoon is one of the best posters out there, but (s)he's got plenty of merits and can't rank up any further.  Personally I would rather reserve my sMerits for lower-ranked members who need them to rank up--and I'm still pulling my pubes out trying to find those kinds of posts.  There's so much bounty hunter/sig campaign garbage out there that very few posts seem to meet my standards (which I refuse to lower).

I quickly looked at his old messages in french section, and I have a hard time understanding him as well. There are words and expressions that are not really french. And we put a space after the comma, not before. Something he obviously learned by writing in english .

Well... this is rather funny. Unfortunately it seems like the thread was trashed afterwards. (just to be clear, I'm not judging your criteria, just felt it was a fun fact).

Tends to happen to people that mostly post in the certain boards, Altcoin boards in particular, they are not usually visited by merit sources and there's a shortage of meritable posts down there.

So you are actively saying that you are here only to earn merits so that you can join a sig camp? That's the attitude! And btw, about half the campaigns on the forum don't take local posts into consideration, so it's hard to believe they'd take anyone's spot


Ninjastics doesn't show any address prior to 2017, so it's going to be hard to verify that this is not a hacked/bought account; but I agree with the rest concerning the "sudden" change of posting habits

Maybe, it's just a coincidence @suchmoon did that, there's nothing wrong with someone wanting to give Merit to other members, Even, though their posts are 1-2 years old, if the person who gives them is captivated when they read what is wrong.
