Starting 2021 is not really good because we still suffer the pandemic that happens in 2019. But in cryptocurrencies the start of 2021 for the BTC is really good and this is very big help to us especially need this support some of us have lost our jobs like me.It is not easy to back again in normal but someday i know all these problems will end soon.

But the covid vaccine are already starting to deploy in various countries. So maybe at the middle of this year, a large percentage of the population has already gotten their covid vaccine shot. And that will give at least peace of mind to some people. We are slowly going back to normal but right now, as much as possible, just follow strict health protocols in your area. There's no harm in following, right? Better be safe than sorry.

Becouse there is still some countries who operating quite normal like sweden, finland but 2021 I think they have to face reality

And I dont see that Central Banks will just recklessly print money anymore just to pump Up economy I think this time they will say no more free money we dont kill the currencies with inflation

I dont belive that money printing dream anymore
And I think the Central bankers are same realistic as I am.

And what will be the attractiveness of cryptocurrency, if the share of the working population falls, the burden on budgets grows, incomes of the population fall, the purchasing power of the population will also decrease. So far 2021 is doing pretty fine. In my opinion we shouldn't be too pessimistic about the future. Alt Coins and Bitcoins are both rallying, the corona pandemic will likely be contained in the next months with the vaccine. In my opinion 2021 is going to be they year of the recovery.

It's hard to predict what 2021 will be. On one hand, the coronavirus has undergone several major mutations, maybe new mutations will emerge later. On the other, Covid vaccines are undergoing clinical trials.

This is a temporary phenomenon ... and very soon everything will change (I suppose in 3-4 weeks). Crypto Fear & Greed Index breaks records, and at this stage I would be rather skeptical about buying Bitcoin or any cryptocurrency. Already, the re-uptrend has ended with a lower high, which means we are heading lower, and if your views on Bitcoin are not religious beliefs, leave now ... (I believe the $42k price tag will be an insurmountable peak for the next 2-3 years).

I agree on that i think year 2021 is a great year for everyone, if the vaccination happens economy will recover  because people can slowly go back to the normal way of living without any fair at all. But for now we still need to be careful beause of the new variant of covid. We still need to be more safe and follow guidelines to avoid problems.

I wish that there is no country that keep print money regardless the amount of gold, but it seems that it is impossible. That's why I really like to invest in bitcoin. If 2021 is not be better than 2020 than probably some countries will do anything to secure their economy. I personally think that 2021 will not much different with 2020, we need to win fight against this pandemic first so we can move forward.

somehow , i totally agree , many many speculator around this world saying this year, stock will be doomed , economic will more worst than last year , even some from them dare to say this year will be more worst than great depression, dollars getting lower and lower, but why gold doesn't up ? the answer will come on the april .

Yes, it is true, printing more money according to the need is not always a good sign because it creates money flow though but not increase the money ratio to the proportion of the population. Over all, the economy become fragile, this is not only for the printing money. There are more factors here and printing money is one of them.

Corona virus is also not blessing for us and still economy can't open properly due to this. Factory can't run like before.

After all, 2021 is not looking good so dar but things can be changed anytime, any moment.

Try not to stress, 2021 will improve the economy. We lost bunches of things in 2020 and next year will bring them back.
Government increment each thing's value everything become more costly.
If the pandemic got disappeared, at that point, everything becomes back to typical.

The world had changed drastically during the past 2020 year, with covid-19 and lockdown it will never be the same again. 2021 is a logical continuance of the past year. Situation seems to be not so bad but not good at all. People are fed up with quarantine limits. Economy is in poor condition. Only cryptocurrencies bullrun cheers and daily grinds take colors.

During the the past year many people have lose hope because of this pandemic. People needs to adopt the new situation otherwise, they can't survived the challenging year. I dont think so mate. 2021 might be hard but for me its got to be a bounce back year. It should be the year where economies tragically hit by pandemic would be going strong. Most government are acquiring vaccines that would help ease the transmission and most likely to immune the general public.

I am a big fan and believer of the saying that "it only gets better" so it will only get better. 2020 was not so much a good year to some and very good to others. The OP was mentioning about the general economy, and not about the cryptocurrencies. Obviously 2021 is going to be a great year for cryptocurrencies, and I am expecting BTC to move beyond six digits by the end of this year. But the economy is not looking good. Central banks are printing banknotes like crazy, and at least some of the governments are making moves towards wealth confiscation (similar to what we had in Cyprus back in 2013, when citizens lost around 80% of their bank deposits).

Is too early to conclude 2021 negatively, because of what is happening around our country economy. According to some researcher who really view 2021 future, confessed it to people that this year will be the best year, we have never experience before in our countries.
Not only cryptocurrencies will look good in this season we are, many countries economy is about to improve as never before because the government is doing everything possible to fix
the economy that covid-19 has collapsed for the citizens to start experiencing positive economy in the country.
