Your PP funds don't count as collateral, not to mention that is less than the loan amount that you ask. Read this for what consider as valid collateral.
Unfortunately, without collateral, you wouldn't see your loan request filled. Even if you ask for $1.

This just seem more of a scam. No reputation, no merit, negative trust and yet seeking for loan. No one can help you out. Clear your negative trust first, be at least a full member before requesting for loan here.

You don't have to be a full member and above or having merits or reputation. The only thing that you need is to offer valid collateral. Pure and simple.
As for OP clearing his negative feedback, just LMAO! It will be much easier for him to climb Everest than to convince Vod to remove his tag!

I've removed tags for newbies asking for loans many times.   I simply ask that they contribute positively to this community, and avoid asking for more loans.

Not saying this is the case here, but I'm sure many people join this forum looking to make a quick buck or two, then stay when they realize the potential.
