Hi, i'm a noob but purchased bitcoins in 2013. Last time i did transactions (mostly just buying and selling bitcoins) was in 2018 and didn't sign in into Electrum ever since.
Now i opened my wallet again and see some transactions, and the last one shows a sale and now a bitcoin balance of zero! I'm positive i didn't sell the btc because i don't see a pay out on my bank account around the same date that this transaction took place.
Did i get robbed or is there another way i can restore my balance???  please help!

Are you sure its fully synced and currently using the latest version of electrum?

Can you see if there's out going transaction on your history? If there is, maybe someone got access to your wallet before you notice it.

Yes it is says it's verified so i guess that's fully synced? I also just installed the latest version of electrum and it shows the same in my wallet. I am also afraid someone got into the wallet. I didn't even turn on this laptop since 2018 and the 12 words and my password are written on paper, not on the laptop.  Bummer.

Did you update your electrum on 2018 using the url in the in-app notification by chance? Because there are lots of victims of this hacked way back december of  2018.

This is quite sad. To remove the syncing doubt, you can also check the addresses that were holding your bitcoins in the bitcoin block explorer. There is a very big chance that someone probably got access to your seed phrase. They don't need to use your computer or password in order to access your bitcoins and spend them.

Can you share the transaction ID in which all your coins were moved out of your wallet? There are a number of addresses which are known to be linked to the Electrum scammers, so this could potentially give us a definitive answer.

Which version of Electrum were you using back in 2018? Did you verify it with the provided signatures and ThomasV's public key? Do you still have the installer application on your computer somewhere?
