You are just giving pale reasons that seems to be you are not truly understanding what Bitcoin is really all about. If you just care for customer service making you choose banks, then it is your free choice. Bitcoin is making us responsible in all of our actions for you have nothing to blame but yourself for doing fail transactions. You stand to be independent working on your transaction with Bitcoin making you be pushed to learn and earn knowledge to be able to survive in this industry. We do have different stand and perception regarding the matter and if it is your belief then it's just fine. So what about this, if the coins are held in exchanges and if they have 24/7 customer care support and if something goes off, take your phone and call your exchange .

If you are chained to the system and if you are not smart enough to understand different aspects, there is nothing to worry as nothing bad will happen to you and no one is forcing you to invest in the cryptocurrency space .

So let assume that's one advantage over bitcoin now what happens when you get restricted from gaining access to your funds in the bank. That's an impossible scenario with bitcoin as you're your bank, there's no central body that controls your money. You have access to it 24/7. The only scenario when you can lose access is when you let the bank like structure take control by depositing to centralized exchanges or wallet service providers etc.

Who do you call when the price of your local currency falls against dollars, currency aren't meant to be stable against themselves since they're tradable. The banks system is a failed system that's why bitcoin ideology was developed in the first place. Get to understand bitcoin properly and you'll see there's no similarities among both currency, one is far ahead the other and that's bitcoin.

I did not believe in banks before and now I do not believe in banks more because in my country there are new cases of banks, the chronology is like this
the bank customer has a balance in the account of around 15k USD and suddenly the balance disappears (fill in the customer's account only for savings or not to use) when he demands the bank to return the money but the bank instead sues his customer and a well-known lawyer who has never been failed to handle the client's case even though it was known who took the money (the bank worker) but the bank still did not want to return the customer's money

Ok, since you have a good relationship with your bank, call them and ask why the interest they pay over saving accounts is too low, but the interest they charge from loans is too high.
Does it make sense or is it a good thing in your opinion?

Fiat is constantly devaluing day by day, you are losing purchase power day by day and you can call your bank and talk about it, but they won't care.

Well, you should learn more about bitcoin ad how could it hlep you out. You are lucky that you are here in the forum and learning about bitcoin. I had been also scrutinizing bitcoin but in the end I made a regret. Why?

1. Bitcoin can beat inflation rate. Saving money or investing it to an asset like gold or bitcoin would be something better compared to fiat where it can be directly affected by inflation rate. Bitcoin can be a reserve money or asset.
2. Bitcoin is a digital currency where other establishements are accepting bitcoin and that transaction can be done online. It can avoid one of getting the covid19 virus and be safe when doing the transaction online.
3. If you wanted privacy and would like to transfer money then you can use bitcoin. No one can suspect you and are away from getting rob out by the thieves.
4. You have full control over your funds. and can do p2p transactions no bank or third party service.
5. Bitcoin is independent and does not affected by the current economy. If you believe in bitcoin then probably your fiat money invested could already be earning now if you had invested while market is cheap.

It is the the eternal question - what is better and more trustworthy - banks or Bitcoin. There are so many nuances there. But the key question is what your main aim, what result do you desire to get. Banks do not give you a strong guarantee that someday it will not become bankrupt and you may loose your money forever, sometimes even courts can not help depending on situation. Bitcoin is a risk to loose in case you will not be wise. But banks do not give you such opportunities like Bitcoin gives you. Anyway where the money or assets are there are risks always. And everyone chooses the best variant for his expectations.

So what? We don't care if you trust bankers and bank than bitcoin. Compared to bitcoin, your money can't grow that much if you deposit your money in the bank. Bitcoin is digital money, an asset, and you have the freedom in your own money. Can you call your bank and ask them if they can give you profit like the profit in bitcoin trading? If you still don't like it, then what are you doing in this forum? Asking for a loan without collateral? Why can't you loan from the banks you trust?
