It can kill the coin suddenly.

Okay, fine, but I was putting myself in the shoes of a merchant. Without an exchange listing, COMMs might as well be tokens for a businesslike merchant.

And the dev did mention a bounty coming for the first merchant that accepts COMM.

Yes the dev said that. Hope he can announce the bounties asap.

I usually trade cryptocoins.
COMM is nice for investment and trade, in my opinion.
As the free,fair coins have been accepted by the crowd, the coin has a huge trade potential.
I can push it to several exchanges as I can if get reward a stake.

Communitycoin shows a unique way of bringing a coin to the crypto community. It's a fair beginning, following by a PoS algo. And potential huge market is expected by the strong community. I'm glad to find this nice coin before its dirstribution ending.   I want to one member of the community. I will do my effort to promote the coin.

Its good to hear COMM is coming in exchange very soon, but before we start trade or any promos, its more better coin fully distributed in community, If not after exchanges will be lunched and price will be defined anything could happens.
We don't want to see coins dying before growing up.

Perfect, Devs must think about it and exchanges also.

I have no stake in this coin as I don't qualify but really like the community and distribution process, hopefully I can get some further down the track.
I have been watching this thread and really enjoying the community spirit and although not a stakeholder I would still love to help promote and improve this coin.
Anyway as a coin for the community I think it would be great if community coin were in some way to support a charity, perhaps one that is aimed at supporting/building communities in need.
There is probably several ways this could be done, for example if I currently had community coin I would be willing to pledge 50% of my POS earnings to a reputable charity, but there are also many other ways community coin donations could be handled.
What does the community think?

I notice there are a lot of coins listed on there with a price of 0.00000000 bitcoins. It looks like nobody has ever traded them on that exchange, and some of them like CON and CORG have been around for a while now and trade well enough on other exchanges. Maybe allcrypt is not a very popular exchange.

This is my glorious application, as I don't have any stake in this coin... yet.  I've supported a lot of other alt-coins, many whom have died out or had shady devs.  I am hoping to have a stake and host a few creative contests with the coins I generate.  Outside of bitcoin, I host a pretty big community on another forum.  We live and die by the rule that community is everything, and without it we are nothing.  It's kept us going strong for over 8 years now, despite some pretty crazy odds against us.  So I hope to rub off on the community here too!

Good point. Anyways, I discovered that any exchange listing this early in the game leaves a bad taste in a lot of mouths. So maybe it's all for the best.

I like your idea about fair and free distribution. This is the first coin with that idea of wide distribution. I like your POS system with big interests for long term supporters. This is true community coin and I want to be a part of that community.
