OP you need to bring more information and use proper scam format here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0

Suggesting people to stay away from bitcoin address aren't good way to prevent from scammer, since they can create new tons address and start scamming more.

Yes, it's correct that people can understand this address more by google searching
Even though I use google search nor this forum regarding the address from OP mentioned above, I didn't find anyone posted it to scam.

This is not an effective way of reporting scam because;
- A scammer can always generate another bitcoin address to use for scamming any time
- How are we supposed to know how the scam is being pulled off if you are not telling us the full story?

I was trying to sell something, and this wallet 1ExDYzLvtoUc5pApcCUr368fwpH5jEikE6 with the name of Massene Suzana ( masseneloydy63@gmail.com ) / +1 513-402-2081 was like this

****How To Complete Your Recent Transaction ****( Read And Follow Instructions Immediately )***
S
Service@Paypal.com®
to me
2 days agoDetails

    PayPal

Speed through checkout

You've received a payment
Transfer Current Percentage Done:    95% (Awaiting Bitcoin Receipt )

Hello ...

The total sum of €1.040,00 EUR that was transferred to you by a Premium PayPal User Massene Suzana  has been fully deducted from the payer's account which includes the Transport/Delivery Charges and ready to be credited into your Bank account. Payment was sent securely via the Premium PayPal Services design to secure both buyer and seller,So pending funds cannot be cancelled or reversed by either parties for safety reasons. The money has been deducted from your buyer's account and pending to be credited into your account upon the reception of the confirmation Receipt as proof.
In order to complete this transaction and get the pending funds released into your Bank account, you are require to go to the nearest Bitcoin ATM with cash at hand and send a bitcoin worth of €310,00 EUR (first from your pocket because your buyer can not cancel the payment ) that covers the delivery charges to the Transport Agent bitcoin wallet address information below and get back to us with a Copy/Photocopy of the Transaction Receipt (in .JPG Format). Once we receive the confirmation that the bitcoin has been sent first from your Pocket as per the NSA and FBI security policies for PayPal users and also get confirmation from the mover that it has been received, the total funds on hold will then be credited into your Bank  account without any delay

This is an online email only verifiable payment and we have both Department of Treasury (USDT), IRS and NSA monitoring all web based money transactions to ensure safety of PayPal users. So, payment is not reversible and we cannot credit or show records of this payment on your account until the mover fee transaction is successfully sent via Bitcoin as demanded by the Shipping company agents.

Once the money's there you can:
Spend the money online at thousands of stores that accept PayPal.
Transfer it to your bank account (Once the money's there).
   Get a PayPal Debit MasterCard.

I have an email address which I do not use for serious communication and on that one I get this kind of emails very often. Most of them are like blackmailing type like they have video of me seeing porn and they are going to spread it on social media.

To bad that I deleted the WhatsApp chat, it was like; if you don't send now the BTC I will lose the money ( €1.040,00 EUR ) eventually PayPal will confirm the transaction.

I think there are no need for any other proof. These sorts of phishing are common on emails that are exposed on the web. All of them has common push which is send money first or xyz will happen LOL

I also forgot to mention that I don't have a PP account and I don't need one, and the only CC that I have is from Monzo, nothing more, in my opinion if you want to cash out/withdraw crypto just do it via a cryptoATM or f2f.
