You must know where do you wanna listed your token. If you didn't know that and we can't help you.

Bruh it's just a forum for diccsuion, not the right place.

If you want to listed coin/token go to exchange :
- Contact them
- Discussion about the term & condition about coin/token listed
- Due diligence token/coin
- If the agreement already agrees then you start to pay the listing fee.
- The exchange confirmed the fee listing.
- You will get news when your token will be listed.

If you mean want to announce a token in this forum, you have to go to Tokens (Altcoins) Board. But, read the forum rules first by reading the pinned messages.

Okay, you meant about adding your coin into the site like coingecko or cmc, right? You must visit the telegram group of those sites and you can ask the developers or admin of telegram group about the requirement to be listed on the crypto data base site like CMC or coingecko.
As long as you are fullfil all of requirements and it's possible.

I want to clarify what do you mean by listed ? Are you going to make your announcement thread or you are looking for exchange to list your tokens?

You have to provide a specific description because I don't understand the meaning of your question, if you want a token listed on the forum then you can only create an ANN thread for discussion on Tokens (Altcoin), but if you want to be listed on the Exchange, you have to contact the exchange to process the token trading.

There are many factors should consider before buying a new token if that's what you are asking, don't jump into new listing tokens, you may get your hands ( funds in this case ) burn and probably lost of capital. This is the period of high volatility as everyone Fomo into the buying and selling.
If you are new into this, why not check CoinMarketCap and  see for your self the projects you might want to hold for long or short term. Do your own research and take proper decisions.

I was looking for KLTR but there is not.

And this popped up: kltr isn't on our list yet, contact us on https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=384546.0 if you want to add this Cryptocoin to the list.
