Good retrospective look at our lives in bitcoin a decade later.
For me I value currency as a whole more carefully than I do before bitcoin has entered my life.
It makes an individual view the world financial system differently than when it was not available to the public.
There is more than one option available now since bitcoin is here then there was when your countries own local currency was the only thing you really could use, so to go about your purchasing of services and goods on a daily basis.

I don't know whether it will last or not for the next 10 years, what I know is that the bullrun will end soon, after the bullrun ends I don't know what steps I should take, when the market goes back to normal, I know bitcoin has been around for 4 years.  I know bitcoin from the internet and I was curious about what bitcoin was when I found out at that time the price was at $ 2000 I was very interested at that time but I didn't dare to buy it with my lack of knowledge of bitcoin, now I am better after selling bitcoindan several times  take little advantage of it.

I have a little bitcoin and I'm gonna HODL. I'll do no bitcoin trade within the following decade coz I strongly believe that Bitcoin belongs to future, it'll bring me much money, even beyond my imagination.

In the early stages of Bitcoin, we heard a lot of things that changed our destiny and our family's destiny through Bitcoin. They thanked Bitcoin from the bottom of their hearts. It was Bitcoin that allowed them to get rid of the predicament of life and move towards a completely different life. Without Bitcoin, my life would become a mess and I would be full of pressure. But Bitcoin changed my life, here I am now a financially stable person. Although I am not a millionaire, I am no longer poor.

Of course after 10 years I would still hodl some of my Bitcoins and just leave it and see how it profits after. But that does not mean I will withdraw them though, I just check on them from time to time. It just a matter of self discipline if you can hodl them after 10 years or even 5 years for starters. And you’re life will change with amount you profited on those years.

Well I'm not sure to have that Long years in bitcoin because i will make sure that before that years come i have reached my goal and if it happens that Bitcoin has become adopted worldwide and become a currency of the world then i will be the very first person to be proud .

I have tried to be attentive to buy Bitcoin from an as low level as possible so far. And I mostly HODLed my BTC in this period. Sometimes, I used some amount of it to buy something with BTC but didn't spend too many. I care about HODLing too much because you will be in a very good profit sooner or later.

First time i know about crypto is 2017, my friend introduce me about this and because of him i can pay my college with my own money.

I think the reality is bitcoin value has no limits because there are only 21 million bitcoins to be ever created yet the bitcoin scarcity is mounting. The value of a commodity is determined based on demand and supply. Now, imagine only 21 million bitcoins for 8 billion people? the scarcity is going to be huge in the future no doubt. For me, I first came across bitcoin in 2014, when the bitcoin was selling at $430 - only 7 years ago and recently the bitcoin was selling at almost $62,000 ... wonderful!

I quit my day job May 2017 and after that all my life had focused on Bitcoin and crypto. I personally witnessed the greatness of Bitcoin when I’ve seen it pumped during that year. The life of those who invested in Bitcoin a decade ago is quite luxurious. They simply threw a few dollars without expecting much. Now, they are filthy rich personalities running some of the top businesses in this world. If we talk about the future and by looking at the pace at which Bitcoin is growing, one could expect to be a trillionaire. On the other side, if Bitcoin fails, the notable investors will remain in the position that they have nowadays. Cryptos have reached countries like India, and you can easily buy cryptocurrency in India. At the rate cryptos are expanding, they have a bright future.

So lucky for those persons who discovered bitcoin and bought some amount on its early days and they are so lucky as well if they did not sell it once the bitcoin goes up a little bit but I don't think that there are so many people who bought bitcoin those years and decided to hodl it until now. On my part, I know that there are still a lot of things that I need to know about cryptocurrency and I am so inspired to learn more knowledge about it, hoping that it is not too late to invest because I will keep my bitcoin for so many years and hoping that bitcoin would not make me disappointed for godling for years.

This is only my first year in the bitcoin community and its already give me a lot of benefits regarding trading and investments which is good at an early age I know mostly needed and what to do and makes risk management. So far most of my investments give a good side that helps me survive in this society and due to this pandemic I can make trading and earn through this. We buy cheap and sell high that's the law of supply and demand. Bitcoin gained global recognition because it obeyed the supply and demand curves. In 2008 no body believed Bitcoin would top the market and approximately 40% of bitcoin investors didn't have a share in Bitcoin 10years back. The spiteful gain in bitcoin price trooped in lots of investors from around the globe even making more major investors like Elon Musk the CEO of Tesla to adopt it as a means of major payment for this inventions thereby creating more room for other companies to adopt same. That is true. But what about those who were unaware of Bitcoin in 2017? Back then Bitcoin was not as popular as it was today. When I invested for the first time in 2014, none of my friends of relatives had heard about Bitcoin. I tried to convince some of my friends to invest in cryptocurrency, but they labelled it as a scam. And then towards the end of 2017, there was some media coverage about cryptocurrency. But once again, hardly anyone in my friend circle showed any interest in BTC. But now (2020-21) the situation is changing. A lot of my friends who were earlier hostile to the idea of cryptocurrency are now asking me how to make investment in it.

90% of us here have missed a boat in 2017. But luck can come to anyone, sometimes people who are new to bitcoin can get-rich-quick because they are smarter to see good opportunities in the market.
Bitcoin price jump high at the end of 2020 is completely beyond predictions. With the current jump in price, making Bitcoin the most profitable investment commodity when compared to other investments such as deposits, gold, stocks, and property.
Demand for Bitcoin continues to increase all over the world while the supply is very limited, so the price of Bitcoin has the potential to continue to rise in the future, Even some world banks predict the price of Bitcoin will break more than $70.000/bitcoin.

Better late than never achieving success, we still have time to get the golden opportunities we have missed in the past, because success depends on our desires and hard work.

Don't be so sure about that. What if those who sold Bitcoin at $20,000 per coin in 2017 had purchased it back in 2018 (when the prices were around $3,000 per coin)? I know at least one user who have done that (although not at the exact levels mentioned above). But all of that depends on luck. I am someone who is unlucky. Back in 2015, I sold around 50% of my coins for near-bottom prices (~$250 per coin). But then, there is no point in crying about it. That's how things work and we need to move on.

From the beginning of bitcoin history I know that many people become rich instantly when they hold their bitcoins and sold at the highest price last 2017.  After the price of bitcoin fluctuated and dropped where many investors got scared and started to panic to sell their bitcoin even if they went bankrupt. But we cannot hide that bitcoin has changed many lives.

On the other hand, after bitcoin dump many are still investing, especially as the price of bitcoin gradually rises again. And due to the continuous development of bitcoin it has become more and more popular and attractive to investors especially to the rich and big companies.

Now bitcoin is preparing to reach another ATH. Are you still there and holding your bitcoins? What happened to your life after 10 years in bitcoin? Is there any changes?

I started investing in bitcoin in January 2017, it's still running for 4 years. but in the 4 years that I was still trading cryptocurrency, my life was much better than before I knew bitcoin.

Well, they should not regret their past decisions because that is the nature of Bitcoin, they do not know when will we get the jackpot. Maybe in 2 years, maybe in 5 years, and for the lucky ones, in 11 years. So if the ones who sold in 2017 has a lot of coins left at that time then they should be ok. The ones who bought while bitcoin was 20k should have sold their wares when Bitcoin was 60k, but of course that is their discretion as it is only a small profit.
