MailJet is used by ledger hackers

Anyone have some experience using French company MailJet used for mass sending emails?
I see they are founded in 2010, but I don't know anything about them except I see on their website, and they are competition for Mailchamp and similar services.

What I notice is that ledger hackers are using MailJet to mass send emails to all the ledger customers from data they stole before.
I examined source of emails I personally received and I found clear reference for using Mailjet and even their IP address in France.
I sent them email for abuse on abuse@mailjet.com reporting issue with proof, but I still didn't receive any reply from them.

I don't know if hackers are also from France but it's clear they used French email service.

Maybe they're using MailJet because their security isn't as strong as Google's or Mailchimp's? For instance, no IP block or restrictions on mass email generation? Also, just taking a look at their service, they seem to provide mass email generation for marketing purposes which definitely allows for spamming I suppose. Maybe MailJet allows them to stay anonymous?

Yap, anyone can easily use them. especially if we know they have a free plan. it is ideal for spammers because they can do mass mail for free, without blacklisting his own domain or ip address.

Ahh, so there is a problem! 6000 emails a month, 200 emails per day without a credit card! Offers a perfect opportunity for anyone looking to send spam emails without losing their identity. Also, multiply those numbers by 20 different accounts and one can create a massive spam farm. They have API's and stuff which would make automating this really easy. I wonder how does this company make money?

Sure, anyone can use them but if they are abusing Mailjet service for scamming people, then they can be reported and that is why they have abuse email.

Sure, anyone can use them but if they are abusing Mailjet service for scamming people, then they can be reported and that is why they have abuse email.

I think the only option is to report suspicious mail.
it is not to be expected that they will check the validity of any email sent through their service. it even infringes on the privacy of the data and would only lose credibility if it was proven that they were checking the content from email.
