Every one, scam and its related post should be on its board

 Boards are like bracketing post into sets that has post of close relationship,  -newbies- and above make this error, anyone can make it, the goodwill to stop the spread of scam is applaud-able, but it would be better off done well.
Bitcoin is rising the ATH would change hopefully, altcoiner can/may say same as some alts rising, what will this cause.

So its the best time for scam warning post, but let is be on where the forum expect it to be

 In between -newbies- and everyone do read other good boards once in a while even if you not excited about them

Some newbies do check out the other boards, but a majority of them do not. As a new member, you will likely be more drawn to a board which suggests to contain help for beginners than others, so no harm done. Also, scam accusation child board is usually used in situations where a scam attempt have been made or is explicit, however one can post potential scam attempts or situations that would put people at risk.
For example; A vulnerability in Google services is not an actual scam, but could put users of such service at risk. So it is more fitting here than in the scam accusation board.

Reputation is forum related and about members, posts meant for that board do not usually end up in B&H.

Yes, that is the right board for the scam accusations. There few posts here about scam activities that should belong in the section where OP had been suggested. However, beginners & Help section is a broad section which all of the post can fit in for the newbies and newly comers where they need to familiarize first the forum sectioning and where to post. Beginners & Help section almost offer all the topics posted so which make sense that some users are posting about this.

Anyway, correcting it would be the best thing to do like in the OP. Hopefully, every scam accusations thread will be posted in the right section.

Some board can be used for different purpose which the beginner and help board is one of those boards. We have large audience here which contribute to the high inflow of such posts. Another thing you should know is most of the posters are after their post getting rewarded which if they post in a board with more audience, there's a higher possibility of their posts getting rewarded. Therefore we should encourage post made in other boards and not just B&H and slowly you'll see members making use of other boards more frequently.

Out of ignorance too some posters make use of the wrong board and in cases like that we're obligated to make use of the report button and leave it to the moderators to move the post to their appropriated boards. The forum is made off of different users from different backgrounds and understand so we can't expect everyone to get it right always, correcting (enlightening) them (just as you have done) is the only way forward.

Perhaps I misunderstood your proposal a little, but in my opinion, everything is working correctly now.
There are two threads for discussing scamming.

The "Reputation" section exists specifically to discuss allegations of fraud among forum members.
And also the section "Scam Accusations" exists for more global purposes. In this section, we observe how detectives daily detect various types of Scam projects.
If there is a fraud with deceit for any amount by forum participants, then it is logical to place the accusation there as well.

Also, for all questions regarding the ban, you can write to the "Meta"

I don't think there should be any more threads on this issue.

Beginners should have all these branches in their bookmarks, and, if possible, view them daily.
The amount of information for beginners is huge. At the same time, they want to have time to participate in bounty companies. But in the end, beginners should only blame themselves, when not read warnings about the scam in time result in the fact that they are simply wasting their time, or worse, they bear their losses

It should be for the Off-topic board. Beginners & Help are about newbies section to ask about the forum and bitcoin/crypto in general, at least that's what I get from what was written on the unofficial guide (which is kinda official).

Beginners & Help - All primitive questions (to pros like us Cool) like "what are ASICS", "who is satoshi" and "what is mining" should stay here.

This I know, anyways thanks for the elaboration of the two boards, -Newbie- would understand it better, fraud is in a close relationship with scam, you can be  swindled by fraudsters or scammed, maybe on the forum or outside of it, so -newbie- I encourage you into having interest in those two boards, and also why you should look up other boards because of the warning placed on accounts that appears only on some boards.

Precisely, we have different perception towards the interpretation of the thread. So it is better to emphasize the objective as well if it is all about awareness or not so that one can surely perceive what the thread would be like to inform, share or warn. To make it easier the title of the thread can change or turn all of it like if you will going to add the word "WARNING" which is awareness and could fit in this section.

I do not agree, all scam post is always going to be a warning to generally everyone, and still should be on scam accusation, if would be like if there is a political warning post, then it should come to beginners and help board, no it should not, it should be on the politics and society board, what we should spread is encouraging more to read other boards.
