People that did not invested when bitcoin was $7000 really missed out, because people really commented about it then how bitcoin could increase in price after halving, and bitcoin later increased and now at $19000. 

Although, bitcoin is having $20000 resistance but the support at $19000 is stronge as well. This time is very hard to predict where bitcoin is heading to, but it is very possible for the price to fall or to increase, people are even afraid of whales not to sell if bitcoin has passed the $20000 resistance because whales that have moved bitcoin to exchanges now have increased. Whales do not just move bitcoin to exchanges, it is because they want to sell it which can decrease the price of bitcoin abrupthly.

But as of this time, to predict what will happen to bitcoin price, either it will increase the more or decrease is not certain. But I do know over long period of time that the price of bitcoin would have increased.

This is mostly trading discussion and we can say that price can go higher but trading also happens. And traders can sell to take profit, rebuy at 16k and rebuy at 14k too if needed.
Worst case scenario at 13k and the chart will still not be bearish as it will probably recover from a 30% correction in just two-three weeks. There will be traders waiting to buy the dips.
As a long term investment I understand there is fear to buy 20k but there will be many that have seen the charts and think it is still low risk for the long run.

Bitcoin prices above 16,000 are a bit unsettling to the market. Rapid rise is a tool of fall. In my opinion, 12000-15000 USD will help Bitcoin retain its stability and stamina. Although traders can break the norm for their interests. In 2021, the market will push down again.

Despite the huge level of the market been manipulated, it manages not to dump below $16K which is as a sign that the demand still strong, the chance of making ATH price anytime soon is certain and with my experience about crypto market if the Bitcoin market continues to resist the dump below $16K we should expect new ATH anytime.

What I am expecting is a health correction once we reach above $20,000. My strongest support for that correction will be at around $12,000 then minor is same with you at around $16,000. Volatile this time is not too much compare to previous all time high at around December 2017.
The FOMO we made on previous all-time-high seems will not happen anymore? Or it is not yet started?

I am not long term for investing on bitcoin or altcoin, as soon possible how to earn profit and always take care how less risk by investing on cryptocurrency world. I know many time people always think for the future and believe bitcoin and altcoin are the best investment platform, but I think if can earn profit in daily day why have waiting for long time? I know how increase profit by long term investment than daily trading but will calculate the same profit earn with long term investment, just my way with investment in bitcoin or altcoin because always have bad news to make bitcoin and altcoin price going back again.

From what I can tell, there are too many retail traders going "all in" using leverage whenever BTC looks like its about to break $20K. You can tell because the funding rates get high and basically it comes close to ATH and then boom, gets rejected and there is a huge liquidation underway.

Seems that people want to catch the move when BTC breaks $20K and heads to like $25K and $20K should act as very strong support. However the last few times we did this, you can see how fast the rejections were. So I am assuming this will go on for some time. It will come close to $20K and then get rejected and cause a massive amount of liquidations and repeat. Eventually everybody will give up and then it will break the $20K.

Of course the price can't go on parabolic rise to $20k, resistance is too strong at this point. So there is a possibility that we might trade sideways again, in the vicinity of $18k-$19,500 before we can finally punch that $20k for good.

And then we will go on some healthy correction, before we go above $20k. This has been the cycle for us, a massive dip then goes on another run. So it's better to just watch how the market goes before making our move.

I was thinking of the same. After it has corrected to $16k, that should be said as the support. And if the retries will fail again to reach $20k then that can be expected to happen once it didn't make it again to $20k.

But who will be sad that it will go back to $16k? only those people that have bought at the peak and whilst us, we're still confident that it will bounce back soon. There's no exact time when it shall happen but it will do. The future of bitcoin is unknown but with what we see and have believed even before, it is exciting and interesting as the institutions are also with us.

Even the price that we've reached right now is a predictive price in the past. We can't get into any conclusion about the price of bitcoin. Everytime the price of bitcoin can't be expected to grow on the same pace, there will be decline and crashes. ^ Because it is unpredictable and no one can predict what exactly awaits for bitcoin in the future, in a short period of time decreased and dump may happen, the price might be shaky as well however in the long process I am pretty sure that the price will be skyrocketing because of the mass adoption we are experiencing now. Like I mentioned we may have dumped in the price such as corrections but that will occur because of the exchanges that may happen due to ATH. Nevertheless, there is only one thing I can be sure and that is bitcoin will remain volatile today and in the future.

Despite all uncertainty from pump to dump the future of top crypto currency looks unpredictable there are two possible ways of current market if you see the resistance level like you said 16k is the down level on the other hand if it starts pumping again I am sure the price will break ATH and reach till 25k.

There are lot of possible scenarios but one of the most important key factor is the price of BTC has constantly increased from the past few months and hopefully it will to the same this month as well, let's see.

Right now reached of higher price of bitcoin still $19k and not strong for bitcoin break above $20k, maybe waiting few days later before Christmas Day if bitcoin can't break above $20 we will waiting next year to see bitcoin on the higher price, maybe now have ended for bitcoin raise again more than $19k, anything will happen for bitcoin by outside news with giving support for bitcoin from bigger country or could make bitcoin dump if any bad news. There are lot of possible scenarios but one of the most important key factor is the price of BTC has constantly increased from the past few months and hopefully it will to the same this month as well, let's see.

Even I have noticed that the value of Bitcoin has only increased in last few months and we should consider $25k as bitcoin's new landmark and if it achieves $25k before end of this year then we may assume further growth of Bitcoin because last bullrun started to decline during January 2018 post massive pump during December 2017 but this time the driving factors are different than last bullrun. We might see less panic this year and altcoin might or might not see a bullrun looking at the current market condition.

It is absolutely we can't stop that correction, we have to live that kind of feature. The market trend can be easy to change, the ups and lows will consistently we have seen from time to time. Ultimately I don't think anyone can predict the future of bitcoin, but with the amount of large institutions using and acquiring it right now - it feels like a monumental shift has taken place. It is now being seen as more comparable to gold and other precious metals, rather than the novelty that it might have been treated as in the past. If this trend continues then it is clear that the richest people (or at least the people who manage their money) are becoming ever more comfortable with using it as an investable asset and it doesn't seem like much can reverse that trend. I have a feeling that rich people love the fact that it can move across borders outside of the traditional banking system.

Bitcoin can't go for long at this rate, but it can go for some time. And it actually doesn't need to constantly go up to still be in a bull market, if you look at the past rallies, they had ups and downs, and periods of relatively stable price, and the price grew in rapid spikes followed by only small corrections. So, even if we'll crash to something like $16k, which is very possible right now, we'll likely retry $20k after that, eventually break it and a new level will be established.

Of course everybody are hoping that we will go to the best road, we've had enough bear market for the last three years, this is the best time to achieve the opposite, everybody are predicting big pump and higher prices, but investors are having second thought because of the scenario on the last all time high, the memory of those investors who bought Bitcoin at $19800 are still there, and no one wants to be in that position.
