I have done this before many times for my friends as iam a professional designer so i'll be posting my design soon. Also it  will be more worth of our effort if you do escrow for the bounty as it will make the offer more genuine, I can do the escrow with no fees or else pick any other trusted member !!
Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

ok so i am happy to escrow the 0.5 bitcoins.

i would rather the person be seperate to anyone who is involved in the bounty for independence.
can someone advise what is the best way? i've looked at bitrated.com and similar sites and from what i can see it requires a seller and buyer. in this case i dont know who the winner will be so... ?

Ok. Sorry for the delay, it's the weekend and I'm usually offline on weekends. I will get to work on it right away (or tomorrow)... I'm on my non-escrow laptop, but just posting so people know I'm here.

Code:
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA512

The escrow address for this contract is:

1DabssVEqudnDHaqfXzFe4R1ubEXE6MFk

for Tattoo Design Bounty

Please state and agree to the conditions (if item is received
damaged, item lost with tracking, customs fee etc) beforehand.

If possible, GPG sign your agreement to prevent any
discrepancies later on and please ship with tracking to prevent
problems during delivery. GPG signing is not a requirement, and
any verbal exchange in the form of private messages or posts on
bitcointalk.org, or email is effective as a statement of
condition.

This Contract is solely generated for the purpose of
facilitating the transaction between the seller and the buyer,
which refers to the pseudonyms used on bitcointalk.org.

The escrow holder, Dabs, assumes and gives no liability or
guarantees on the satisfaction of all parties involved, although
he agrees to mediate and facilitate the deal to the fullest
extent he is capable of.  On the event that any problems arises,
he will release the escrow to whichever party that presents him
with the most convincing proof and/or after an open discussion
with others.

The verbal acceptance by both parties (or the failure to reject)
and the sending of Bitcoins to the escrow address above
constitutes the acceptance of the terms and conditions stated,
and the activation of this Contract.

Please understand that I am assuming the risk of holding the
escrowed Bitcoins, and I am using my own time to facilitate this
transaction.

Thank you.

My standard fee is 1% of the BTC amount (minimum of 0.03 BTC)
and this will be deducted from the BTC at the escrow address at
the time of releasing the coins.

I'd like to clean the lines a little more but anyways this is the gist of it.

i think i like this version the best so far.

Perhaps more definition in the V in "Lovi" and the connection between "a" and "i" in Thai.

Also if the V in the heart was more pronounced where "ya L" joins together.
