Is uniswap a good place for the new tokens?

Do not fully believe that uniswap tokens are worth buying, many tokens that are on uniswap fail and the price is getting destroyed .. and what I don't like about uniswap is the fees that are too high.  because i am a small player so i am not close to uniswap. i prefer trading on an exchange like binance it gives me more profit.

He was asking about whether uniswap can be considered as a good exchange site to be used as the first listing for the new token. It doesn't mean he was talking about whether uniswap is a good place to trade.
Uniswap can be considered as the best swap service in the crypto and it's the most reliable swap service.
Uniswap is using blockchain to did a transaction and that's why it's truly decentralized.

For the last three months, Uniswap had been said to have high volume nearer to Binance and surpasses coinbase^[1] Gemini and other centralized exchange^[2]. This trading volume only on project that has good feature of Liquidity Providing (LP). A project can be listed on Uniswap but might not have good volume and liquidity because the project teams failed to create or provide liquidity on their coin. So what actually made exchange perfect is quick execution when trade order is placed so uniswap is a best exchange for new token if only there is availability of trading volume on the token to be listed.

It depends on how good the project is, people will invest if the project has better value and use case, uniswap or not it's not a problem, it's true that uniswap has the highest volumes among other decentralized exchanges and it's definitely a good place to list tokens and coins for free but don't expect every listed coins and tokens to have good volume, that depends on the quality of the project

It can be a good place for a new project being under developed by we cannot just simply say that Uniswap as a indicator of token/project success because at the end it is still on the project developer whether they have a clear path/roadmap as well as have a very organized plan for their created token. Also, Maybe uniswap can just give a little hype about this new token.

I would argue that Saturn.Network is a better alternative for new projects listing on an exchange. It's decentralized, you don't have to give the DEX your private key to trade like some other DEXs, no listing fee, no need to provide liquidity... After a project trades on Saturn and builds a community, that community will move some tokens to Uniswap and provide liquidity there to earn LP rewards. There are also a few free centralized exchanges that allow projects to list for free, like flame.exchange.

There is no doubt that Uniswap has became the choice place for many new projects, additionally, it is good to know that what actually made Uniswap to be so, is the fact that, Uniswap has good liquidity, and everyone knows how important liquidity is in every crypto exchange. Also, another fact that made Uniswap the choice of many new projects nowadays is that, listing is somewhat easier unlike in most centralized exchanges, furthermore, being a decentralized exchange also added to its good attributes. Nevertheless, it is worthy of note that, irrespective of the fact that Uniswap is becoming a choice exchange for new tokens, it is also becoming the choice exchange for scammers, that is, scammers has gone to the extent of listing a clone token just to scam people. Also, since listing is somewhat easier, scammers are also using that attribute to list their scam tokens; so to be free from this, always get the correct trading link from the project team..

Don't invest just because of the DeFi hype. There might very few legit tokens, but rest of them are scam or at least at some point they will scam people. Just google defi token scam and see how many people are warning against the dump and pump scam scheme and how many scams have already taken place.
Those new projects saying that they are proud that their tokens are tradable on uniswap are just creating a hype to trap gullible people. You can do whatever you want with your money, but just think twice before you use it.

Uniswap very popular exchange like decentralized exchange but it is not a lucrative business for investors because there are many fake tokens in the uniswap exchange where new investors realize the suffering. Moreover the right token should be researched and purchased for the reason that you can use uniswap exchange if you wan.

Etherdelta and Uniswap are almost the same, because they are DEX,
but at Uniswap it gives a new color to cryptocurrency, the features provided by Uniswap are clearly better and have their advantages,
you can staking at Uniswap and adding profit every month by locking liquidation.

This is because it's easy to add tokens on Uniswap. I first encounter Student Coin (STC) on facebook and saw that they are listed on Uniswap which they brag about and that its price was about $0.10. Now the token is worth $0.008702 USD, nothing is new but listed only on Uniswap. It appears they are using Uniswap for presale.  Uni has become a platform for launching new tokens. Its free for all but a trader has to look up for a legitimate project to invest before swapping a token.

The project devlopers always say we are listed on uniswap but the reality is that uniswap isnt a decision and any erc20 token can be tradable there in any moment

Nothing is wrong with it and nothing is wrong with ICO project. What's wrong is that there are projects that are obviously a scam. And if they brag about getting listed on Uniswap, that makes it suspicious as if it's an achievement to get listed there. Student Coin (STC) is just what I also see as scam, they were one of the coins that braggs about getting listed on Uniswap.  I doubt there will be something to this token and its development actually.

Its not like etherdelta though. You can't earn from etherdelta that you can provide liquidity there.

My problem with Uniswap is that it just costs a shit ton of ETH to trade there. Approve the token, approve Eth and then the swap. All costs tx fees and with the current gas prices it sometimes isn't even worth to go to Uniswap to trade their if your tokens aren't worth much because you would wast more ETH than you would get for selling them.

Uniswap is the best DEX of 2020 so yes it's a good place to list your token but mind you the performance of the token depends on how good the project is, some new tokens made it to uniswap but they fail to have good volume because they fail to deliver, that's not on Uniswap

It's all about the prostate. Most just need a workers' exchange there is nothing more. And how many times have people been wrong on the delta. Especially new ones. Selling tokens for a penny. Simple placement + hype.

A decentralized exchanges like Uniswap. Any token can be easily listed here. And tokens can be exchanged very easily. To list the coins with the Contract address, the new project can easily list its tokens. It is possible to trade if there is some liquity. Decentralized exchanges are full of security.

Totally agree, ever since DEX became famous, a lot of copy-cat projects have been fraudulent. If you want to buy or invest in the dex platform, do thorough research and check the smart contract before buying a token or coin, it can determine the future of your investment so be careful.

I don't think uniswap is the best place for new tokens. Because uniswap has many fake tokens with the same symbol. Many times traders are losing their asset by swapping fake tokens without realizing it. When searching for tokens on uniswap, you must take a good look at the contact address of that token.

I think no because in Uniswap most of new tokens have no liquidity and swap fee is higher than the actual token Price.Before Launching Uniswap Eth Network Gas fee was high, it was hope that Uniswap will overcome this problem but there is no difference between Gas fee before and after Uniswap coming. If fee reduces then it will better platform.

It all depends of the project listed on uniswap because not all new tokens listed there are successful some of them failed miserably and no trading volume and liquidity. Some new projects used uniswap as a hype mechanism to attract investors and also scam projects used it too to rugpull from investors as well. One thing I don't like uniswap is the gas fees are so high and it's only capable of swapping tokens that has huge conversion amount to a worthy transaction in the end. It's been so long i never used forkdelta nowadays and that's the first dex i had tried when i am new to crypto.

uniswap a fomo created Decentralized exchange. Uniswap new projects can only be listed with their contract address. You do not have to pay any fee to uniswap list. But in order to list in central exchanges, you have to pay a certain amount of fee. So you can easily list new projects on uniswap.
