If you are serious about this then you can check Gambling section as many reputable members organizing weekly basis tournaments and many other good sites also offering good services for this online Poker stuff playing against poor or rich is really wired for me because online you cannot check who is poor and rich just go ahead and enjoy your stuff with good players.

If you have tried a lot of venues I suppose you've tried Pokerstars. You are not going to find a better site. I don't currently play there and I don't like their policies but I have to acknowledge they are number one. If not, keep trying the major fiat sites. Pacific is quite good for example.

The thing is, crypto sites have to improve a lot to be as good as the major fiat sites.

I am not a high roller and are not familiar with high stakes tables really. If you have the bankroll than go for it, for example on GG poker there are people sitting with more than 100,000 usd at the tables. I think when OP says "worthy opponents" he means on texas holdem or some other type of poker with other people, not against a computer or a live dealer in casino.

There are a few good crypto poker sites, SwC is one of them, and from recently Betnomi offer a nice poker too! I mentioned this two because I play poker on these two sites, on first you can deposit and withdraw only btc, while betnomi you have more options!

There's tons of sites to play poker. It's hard to help you without some inkling of what you are looking for. What stakes do you play? What game type are you looking for? Is this heads-up, full ring or something in between? Finally cash or tournament.

The level of player is going to vary, you will find good and bad at most stakes.

Try out SWC poker. I've played a few games there and its quite okay imo, though the level of your opponents may not really be suitable if you are as strong as you say. There are other options though, like looking for official tournaments, though they may require an entrance fee, at the very least, you can guarantee the quality of opponents there, one way or another. And also afaik, there's poker tables on most gambling platforms so you can test them out. Since you're basically looking for quality opponents, the amount of casinos you're going to visit is going to be quite an amount, since most poker casinos cater open tables where anyone can play.

The thing is that a high roller in Las Vegas you need to get invited to high stakes games, these games don't happen on the usual casino floor, rather in some private lounges of the hotel. In my state there isn't even any Casino with high stakes games. There are only 2 larger casinos in my area and both of them have only 1 low and 1 medium stakes table. But now with corona it's all closed anyways. If I had the money and don't care that much about winning or losing, I would give it a try to play on high stakes tables. But as soon as I notice that my opponents have a big edge over me, I would switch down to lower stakes tables.
