Our country government don't accept bitcoin. If anyone use bitcoin and know it state police Caught him and give punishment. But i like bitcoin. How can i use it? And I want to explain that bitcoin is not bad for me. How can i successfully explain?
You can use bitcoin but hidden your self and never show off with how much balance do you have, I think you can use bitcoin for investing and trading without know by government. I think if you use bitcoin not as for transaction your government will allow as bitcoin for investing assets not using for transaction. but if any exchange local have banned in your country you can looking other way like convert your bitcoin to be other legal currency like paypal, perfect money or you can convert to payza depend which one currency support in your country and you can cash out bitcoin thorough above currency digital.

wow that's so sad when in fact your country doesn't have to ban and penalize bitcoin holders. I think that kind of thing is too much. isn't the bitcoin holder in your country not threatening anything to the country.
This is bad, if the country can't explain why they ban Bitcoin. the need to fund mediation between the government and the big bitcoin investors. maybe they can share the results for the welfare of the country's economy ..
besides that other countries have even flocked to legalize bitcoin. because they know the potential for bitcoin to become popular.

It is too bad and not happy when you mention information about your country. My country does not ban Bitcoin but the government announced it does not protect individuals using Bitcoin and the government does not support Bitcoin. I heard you mentioned that using Bitcoin police arrest is really very difficult for bitcoin traders because when transacting through a bank account, most governments will seize and investigate you.

depending on the essence of a country, that the state has an obligation to protect its citizens from losses, in the midst of the rise of bitcoin a country will inevitably arise a million doubts about this digital currency both in terms of security and use.

In fact, adopting new technology and ensuring its proper use is a difficult task. Governments in most countries lack the necessary planning and direction to implement Bitcoin technology and ensure its proper use. While there are many benefits to using Bitcoin, there are also some negative aspects to using it that seem a bit of a hassle for the supervising government. Governments in most countries do not have the experience or expertise to control its use in various activities, including taxation, proper accounting of assets, and financing of various criminal activities. However, as the demand of the people of the country and the popularity of Bitcoin use increase, the government will start thinking about it and decide to adopt it in the future.

So you are in the part of countries where bitcoin and other crypto currencies are banned, if I were you it will be good if you will just follow the law of your country if you don't want to experience any problem as what you have said anyone that will be caught using bitcoin will receive a punishment.

If you like bitcoin then you should focus on learning first if what is bitcoin and what are it's usage and also it's advantages and disadvantages. Then you should wait for the time that your country will lift the ban in using crypto currencies before you will try using and owning bitcoin.

Once a certain thing is banned in your country, believe me or not you can't use it. If you want bitcoin to be used legally then flying over a country that is crypto-friendly. I don't know where you came from but I am sure that you are a fan of bitcoin. Government does not want bitcoin legally control their country. They just saying that it may harm ud citizens because of possible volatility and high scamming rates but they jusr don't want it. Since bitcoin is decentralised and in future, all of their transactions might be recorded in blockchain technology. Corruption and graft may be eradicated when bitcoin becomes the currency of all states and nation.

I cannot predict whether one day bitcoin will be accepted by all countries as a legal transaction. The uncontrolled nature of bitcoin can cause huge losses to the country so that it is doubtful to accept it. In my country, it is regulated under consumer protection laws. Although my country does not legalize bitcoin / other crypto as a means of payment, it is legal as a commodity. My country also has web exchange and this is under state supervision.

So you not going to even mention which country this is in? What a stupid goverment. I would use crypto even more if it was illegal. If they want to be stupid and tell me I can't do something then of course I am going to do it. It just makes me want to do it, even more, to stand up to tyranny.

Love how governments make a deal about crypto when people are being raped, beaten, and murdered. But sure let's focus on crypto. Because we only care about money.

Also, why would you pay tax to a country that can't even protect you? I refer to some instances in the USA were criminals who have killed people get off lightly. So you pay tens of thousands of $$ of tax and they can't even protect you.

When the government decides to not be corrupt then I'll listen to them. It's hard to respect curruption. They should lead by example.

Haha does your government have a Facebook page or something?

Leave them a note "I use crypto come at me bro" lol

Thats horrible, which country you are talking about because now Bitcoin restrictions on Bitcoin has been relaxed in most of the countries, I would advice you to use a trusted VPN to avoid your government from tracking you but it's really sad to see how some governement are behind Bitcoin and harassing their own tax payers. Using VPN might not give you immunity from government's crackdown hence if you really wanna use Bitcoin or crypto and fully committed then shift your base to a crypto friendly nations like Malta or Estonia.

Let's say I live in OP's country use Bitcoin to trade online on an exchange not located in my country, using a different fiat currency or a stablecoin? How is the government going to know about it? I guess they won't.

So if I had a restriction like that I would not care. There are so many laws that people break every day like jaywalking or not stopping at a stop sign. Rules are meant to be broken especially if they're making your life harder.

In my country, there is also ban to use Bitcoin but many people are using this with 3rd parties. Now, there is a case in Supreme Court to allow Cryptocurrencies in the country. Few proposals to regulate the cryptocurrencies are prepared, many youngsters are also ready after 1 year course regarding cryptocurrency to participate in this community, but all these are still waiting for the decision of Supreme Court. I hope soon it would be legal for us in our country.

I can understand why there are still governments that have not accepted Bitcoin, even though there is already a lot of news
that shows Bitcoin is very helpful for the country's economy. Because for the government Bitcoin is considered to be a threat
to fiat, so it is not easy to explain to the government that Bitcoin is not dangerous. So you must be grateful for people who
come from countries that have accepted Bitcoin, because it is not easy for the government to accept Bitcoin, requires a long
process for all countries to accept Bitcoin.

Which country is it?
Actually if it is illegal, we really can't do many things because it is under the valid law and there is a punishment.
So dilemma. But, what kind of "use" do you mean? Can your government know that you use Bitcoin for trading? Or investing?
If it is about a law to use Bitcoin for payment method, it may be easily checked. As in my country, it is also not legal as a payment method. So, we only use BTC for digital assets, commodities.
And if you are using it for trading, investment, and other digitalized activities, can your country detect it?
the problem that you may face is about the difficulties to cash out it to fiat, but for now, you can use PayPal (still debatable because of some term & codnition) and other platforms to help to cash out it.
Btw I am sure that many people from the country that still ban BTC are also here and involved in Bitcoin.

Unfortunately OP, you live in a country ruled by an oppressive government. You have a number of choices here. You can continue to live there and obey the rules, continue to live there and ignore the rules, leave the country. Personally, I'd choose the third option because if they are repressing your financial freedoms they're going to do the same with all the other.

It is difficult to oppose the government you will definitely lose here if you break their enforced law and you can be imprisoned. They will not listen to you even though you explained it well to them. You have to wait until your government decided to accept crypto in your country, or if you have enough funds leave your country and find other country near you where crypto is legalized.

Not all countries can be open-minded to anything new, unfortunately the government in your country does not accept Bitcoin.
According to my guess, governments that don't accept Bitcoin are usually worried that Bitcoin can replace fiat money. And another
reason for making the government reject Bitcoin, because they cannot control Bitcoin. So if you like Bitcoin, still find a way to use
Bitcoin, even though your government prohibits using Bitcoin. My advice is that you can use decentralized exchanges to buy Bitcoin
and use a VPN to access it.

There is no way to make the government change their decision, unless you have such power to make them do it, in this case, better to stay anonymous.
Do not ever involve in a centralized trading platform, you'll never get caught if you know how to remain under the radar. You can buy bitcoin peer to peer or from decentralized exchanges, just set an account and prepared the payment. You can't spend bitcoin to buy anything inside your country nor exchange it for fiat currency, but you can exchange it for stable coins if you want.

The best way would be using VPN, this way you will be able to change your IP address and can no longer be detected. Unless using VPN is illegal in your country, in that case you have no option but to wait until Bitcoin is accepted in your country. Though, if you insist to still have some, no one cam stop you since as long as there is internet, you can freely have it.

Too bad for the OP because even their state police is catching those who are crypto users. May we know what country are we talking about here? With PayPal's inclusion of crypto and other popular companies joining crypto, your government may think twice of banning the use of bitcoin or crypto. Understanding this technology is one way for them to accept its existence. However, if they don't want to be educated, that's their prerogative on this matter.
