Hello, I made an account with fortunejack at 12-1-2020. Since 12-2-2020 I can't log in anymore because I don't receive an sms-code.
Another problem is that I can't create a wallet. I get the message 'system error'. I reported that in the chat (when I was still able to log in). They told me that they would respond via email, but I haven't heard from them since.
Can somebody please help me?

As far as I know they offer customer support via live-chat. Also they are active on Discord daily. I would suggest you to join their server and discuss directly.

Give them time for a while to search for what is wrong with your account. If you don't do anything that can break their rule, I think you will get your account soon, but let them work and find the error better. You can also visit their ANN or support system and ask about your problem, so one of their agents will help you solve your problem. So far, when I want to login into my account, I always get the SMS-code, and I don't have any problem with my account. So you need to be patient and wait for the result.

Are you sure you are using the same mobile number that you used for your registration on Fortunejack? You can try, looking the error on your side if you didn't did it yet. If you can't receive any confirmation code via sms, it is more probably an issue to your network provider. Sometimes re-starting your phone helps.  

Did you deposited any amount after you have been able to create an account?

Also make sure you don't belong from a jurisdiction where gambling is legally banned! If that's not the case, I see no reason for such issues!

Wait for them a little bit more and also can you tell us what is the domain you access when you log in on fortunejack. You may have access a fake fortunejack or a phishing site. Since you said you register and few days later you no longer be able to log in your account and the number you use to your account might be changed by someone else.

Did you make sure that your SIM card is still not expired?

Based on my experience, there is an instance that if you do not received SMS codes or any other OTP password that is sent to your mobile prepaid SIM then its likely that your network provider deactivates your SIM card due to inactivity. Perhaps, this is the reason why you are unable to receive automated messages? After checking if you have any issues with your sim card carrier, try reaching out to the links that is provided before my reply. You are experiencing a little bit of problem especially if you have some money that is stored in your fortunejack account. But I saw that your account is only a day old so I cannot say if you have some pending amounts in their platform.

The only way to raise your concern is to contact them via their Ann thread as what other forum member has provided and make sure to provide them enough details in order to recover your account but if they are encountering a problem in sending text via the courier in your country then it will take time for them to solve your issue for sure.

thats a normal message when sending account to others here in the forum because your account is still a newbie .

Did you make sure that your SIM card is still not expired?
he use the simcard to register and still access his account using it just a day before the incident happen . its impossible that the simcard will expire in just 2 day of actively using it . is phone number required all the time when loging in fj ? or its only an otp , 2fa .

he can set this feature off once he got back on his account . i also got a problem in sms codes and they are sometimes delayed , better if they only provide email codes because emails are more reliable than sms in this era .

You can talk with their customer service department even if you are not logged in. At the bottom right you will see a round yellow chat button. Click on it and check with their team what the status of your issue is. Usually during the weekends they are understaffed. So if you expected a reply, the weekend could be the reason that you are still waiting.

This is also a logic possibility as op didn't tell much details about the error he faced .
Based on my experience, it may takes few long minutes before to receive the sms verification, but in most cases i found that the sms settings in my device need few adjustments to see the received message especially if you use multi-sim devices .
The op case should be quickly resolved after contacting support members .

Email responses sometimes delayed, maybe it caused by flooding of their support who received most emails from people whom able to contact with same concerns raised. Please try to source our fortune jack's other support contact details, it can be twitter, facebook, telegram and other ways to expedite solving your problems.
If here in this topic on BTT OP does not write that he has solved the problem, I think that Telegram / Facebook are inundated with the same messeges.  The most reasonable is what the OP came up with when he opened this topic.  Such a message in the Community of this project will soon reach the support and I think there will be a result.  
By the way, Fortunejack has already been written in this topic above, which means the problem has become known to them!
