Bitnovo exchange- some first hand reviews wanted

As I wanted to buy some cryptos today and anycoindirect.eu stopped to sell Monero, I decidet to give bitnovo.com a chance.
They are in business for some years already and launch two card programms (Bitnovo card and Bitsa) , so should not be an issue to buy from these guys i think.
After reading some online reviews I got a little bit unshure about them. But my Monero order is already placed and the payment by bank transfer sent.

So can anybody give me some first hand experience about their service? The reviews online are 50/50 good/bad. But the good ones can be generated by themself, same for the bad reviews.

Would be nice if someone could share his personal experience...

Hi, my experience has been good, I have not had any problems, I bought a Gift card  and in 5 minutes I take my crypto in My wallet without KYC and very fast.
 About what I have read about problems, it is usually people who buy with a creditcard and of course they asked for the identification of the creditcard and the person and it seems that that did not like much , But I already tell you that I with the coupons without problems...

I also do not think their service is bad. You can buy the vouchers in hundrets of on- and offlinestores, they have two card programms including IOS and Google APP running and are in business quite a long time now.
But i will keep you updatet on this and let you know how it goes on.

I got my coins today!   
All in all a nice and smooth tranaction without any problems. I can not understand the unhappy reviews i found online. Their support helps at any day and any time within hours. I can highly recommend the plattform to buy cryptos.
Fee for Monero purchase was 3% of the whole transaction ammount, what is ok i think!
