I have a problem. I got stuck in a Covid-19 Quarantine Hotel for 7 days.
I don't have access to my normal crypto wallets and can't offer any Collateral.

Your documents are not valid collateral and since you don't have access to your wallets (btw what does it mean "normal"?) it's highly unlikely to see your loan request filled.
Better lock your thread and wait until you get out from your quarantine.
P.S: As far as I know, quarantine is for 14 days and not 7...
