Trans woman joins women football league

I just read an article regarding the first transwoman joining the women football league in Argentina. even though I have nothing against trans people I have to say that isn't it unfair for a woman to fight against a former man especially on a physical sport? I have seen, hear and read the different stories of a trans athlete woman beating all the previous records achieved by a woman in woman category in sports. a transgender woman even became a woman of the year. is it a bigoted Idea to think that it is unfair allowing a trans woman to compete on women category of a sport?

We would expect trans women to dominate women's sports if they are allowed to participate.
If the trans are proven to carry men's physical traits, they should compete in men's league, or better, create their own trans league.

I've said this to someone before on a social media years ago and surprising enough I was called a homophobic, transphobic a fascist someone even called me a nazi. Not that it affected me or anything but it just make me wonder how can people ignore the obvious advantage of a trans woman against a woman and criticize those who mentions and question it.

Trans is a ridiculously low percentage of humans, really zero there anyone should be concerned about BUT when 0.01% ruin a sport that's meant to be for 50%, you have the rights one very small group against the rights of a very large group.

They won't even have the power of a man as they also go through harmonal change. So I think it is fair for them to be accepted as a woman and they should be encouraged.

The footbal committee of Argentina would have done a proper physical checkup of this trans woman and then only they would have allowed her to join the league.

are you sure? I'm not an expert but I've seen trans athlete woman and compare to a woman a trans athlete woman has more define body build than a woman and they tend to dominate the field of the sport they are in.

I think some people are obsessed with equality to think that men and women are exactly the same and forget that equality isn't about talent, physique, intelligence, and traits unique to an individual or a group. In this case, with the same profession and class, let's say a professional major league footballer, men will beat women 100%. It's coded in the gene via millions of years of evolution, and hormonal therapy won't completely change this nature.

An ordinary man could do this physical checkup and would be eligible to join the league because he is not an athlete. He might not be the best there in the women's club, but he will surely be fired on the first-day training in the men's club.

Yes. Although there will always be exceptions; some women runners have very little body fat. I have know a couple that were very strong. But those exceptions should be the winners and rightfully so.

Have you seen the "Mulan" movie that came out earlier this year? It is based in Chinese tradition from around the year 400. There are actual Chinese records.

The story is about a Chinese woman who wanted to be a soldier warrior. So, she hid her identity, and joined the military - which was only made up of men at the time.

The ancient Chinese poem upon which the story is based, says that after 10 years, when it was revealed that the soldier was really a woman, the men-soldiers claimed that they had no idea. But if all the average soldiers kept it to themselves - away from their commanders - all that 10 years, the only soldiering the woman would have to do is fighting off the men when it became too much for her.

Because no one would join it and it would make no money. How much of the population is trans? 0.6% according to google in the U.S. 0.6% of the population who suffer from mental illness, 40% of which will have attempted suicide in the lives, and you expect them to make a sports league for them? Not possible. And who would bother watching? Do we have a viewer base that desperately wanna see woman with their balls hanging out kick a ball around?
