Copper Membership: is it worth it?

I am thinking about buying copper membership but I'm already a member. Will I get anything else than member advantages? Is it worth buying?

Will I be able to add color to my signature? That's litterally all I want, to get color and having a profile pic but I need like 90 merit for that.

No, you can't get color with copper. I'm quoting part of the copper membership page:

Allows you to post images even if you are a newbie, reduces the time-between-actions limit, and provides some of the same benefits as being of natural Member rank.

The benefits of being a natural member rank is those you have right now. Nothing more, nothing less. Just donation. This place has some strict rules about avatars and signatures and that's because they can be used on advertising.

TL;DR copper membership only unlocks the member rank restrictions.

It will not unlock color, size, avatar or anything else that's restricted for higher ranks. Since you are already a member, you should not buy a copper membership. It will only be a waste of money that will get you nothing. This particular forum also has enough money to not need donations anymore.

It's supposed to be bought by newbies and jr. member accounts that want to embed images and wear a basic signature and personal text. It is mainly used for bitcoin companies who register an account here but want to advertise their products quickly with images without having to look for methods to get merit.
