What are you talking theres no defi, I can see almost everyday new defi project 2-5 new projects daily in telegram groups I joined,, they usually trading first in Uniswap actually there are too many defi right now and you can earn really good if you are lucky just like gamble you just have to be wise investor. DeFi projects are the last thing I'd ever wanted to introduce to any one for investment, know that you are at your own risk if anything goes wrong and also make sure that you do your own research, don't invest because people said the project is good, here are two good DeFi projects

I know how frustrating this DeFi must have been as bad luck to you but I can mention some that are highly built on Strong foundation even though there is hype about them.
If you take a look at oracle project, they are indeed the leader of DeFi projects as they are very essential in cryptocurrency.
Project such as:

• Chainlink
• DIA
• Polkadot

are my favorite in DeFi despite their ups and down, they are good for long term.
