There is no such thing as "best coin/token" for trading. It will completely depend on your trading style and what indicators you're using, and obviously it won't be the same for everyone.

Like MK4 says. You also need to say how much volatility you want (or don't) and how much liquidity.
For their sfrangths price wise I'd say btc, eth, eos and xrp along with litecoin or chainlink (pick a preferred out of those two). But these are sort of mainstream coins and you could instead just look at charts with more currencies added and see which are køre optimal to trade.

Yes if for trading concern, you have to follow what this user has said and that is the way trading is. Trading is not concern to any coin but strategy for you to know when the price can go up or down and apart from that, if you talking to hodl, you can look at coin volume or circulation. Bitcoin and etheruem are good to hodl. |

You need to clarify some hints regarding your trading style? Are you looking for daytrading coin? Do you search for huge volatility? which pair are you going to use and which will be the platform you want to use? I used to do day trading two-four months ago and my favorite coin was NEO. I made a decent profit from the trades even if i didn't like the coin and the technology behind it. HINT: Choose a coin that you are not emotionally attached to it and not a regular hodler of it... |

There have lot of coin on crypto market but some of coin are more value able than other.Eth and btc is the best and strong and valuable coin on crypto market.. If you long time holder buy this coin and hold tight hope one your luck will be changable.You can also trade on XRP,litecoin or link is the another best choice for crypto market |

You will need to know about trading, because bitcoin is the best coin does not guarantee you of making profits, also you can make use of good altcoins but not making profits. That is why you will be the one to learn more about trading by analysing coins that can be good for you to trade. You can check the first 50 cryptocurrencies and analyse the coins yourself and choose the best you think it is good according to you analyses. |

Hard to say what are the best top coins in the market because we saw in crypto currency everything is possible , the golden coin for this year can die easily in the next if the team didnt stay updated and active but in these days we are seeing some coins in the market making good profit and you can ride the wave such as LTC coin and Waves also .
thats the updates that i have for the moment .

How about you pick 10 altcoins then we try to give our opinion on what could be the best with volatility too.
We can just throw anything here and I bet you will not even read some of the replies of the members here.
So there will be a higher chance to get a better result if you can provide some names first and maybe we could also add some.

In order to trade you do not need 5 or 10 coins, you could trade a single coin and just increase the size of your trades by a factor of 5 or whatever you feel comfortable, second you talk about the best coin for trading but each trader has their own trading style, what could be optimal for you it could be terrible for someone else so we are talking about something that is not objective at all. In my opinion you should just stick to the top coins in the market and once you have proved yourself you can be profitable then you can try other coins that you believe may fit your trading style a little bit better. |

Suggesting is very easy but the question is, will you just follow those? And trading 5 coins at the same time isn't advisable for someone who is confused on what coins to be traded. Try to make your own DYOR for the coins you really preferred since just following other's suggestions might build a wrong impression to you. Results varied depends on how we handle our trades. I think you can list your own so just drop it here and let the community give their opinions about those coins/tokens. |

Top5 best token for trading does not exists, because token prices changing secund after second.
However, if you wanna invest for longer therm, these are my top5 personal coins: Cardano, VeChain, Zilliqua, crypto.com coin, Reserve Rights.

If you want to trade to an active market, then you should go for the highest trading volume within the exchange. There are some exchanges that their trade section with different pairs that their volume are shown or you can sort with the highest volume (ascending/descending).
Another also is, trading with a high market cap may also a good choice, since, for me, ONE of the bases I am using is, high market cap = good coin, BUT be careful, there is also some IMPOSTOR on high market caps altcoins.

I can't suggest many of them, because right now I only got xrp in my wallet and am still holding it for another price rally. Trading can be stressful so we need to be more skillfull with it, and having serious attachment with this coin as well. Recommending other coins isn't easy nowadays was too hard due to volatile market. |

What do you prefer, pairing it with bitcoin? ethereum or any top coin you like? You determine and answer whichever is the best for you. You can have a variance in your choice to see which you really fit in.
Most likely, stable coins and its pairs you can use for day trading. And look for a pair of it that has a huge volume and liquidity.

In trading in cryptocurrency your top 5 and everybody top 5 will always be different because it the results from trading one coin may varies depending on each traders strategy. In the end of the day a top from other trader may not give you good result. It will all come down to personal preferences for me.
You should explore each coin in the market and analyze the graph and see if what will work for you.

Honestly, if I see when I do day trading there is no good altcoin, I mean almost altcoin price depends on bitcoin price movement, although they have a good fundamental factor the coin will increase if bitcoin price increase, moreover in the top 5 coin base on market I guess there is no as far as I know. However, when an altcoin has a good fundamental factor the coin price movement will be impressive, as an example if bitcoin price rise 1% then the altcoin will increase 2% and it's otherwise if bitcoin price fall for 2% then we will see the altcoin price will just fall 1%, that is what I see in the market.
