To be honest I don't think they will scam you, primedice is trusted gambling since 2013 and have a lot players (with forum too). Probably there's issue with your account or you break their TOS.

You can add the screenshots to show us the proof here and follow the proper scam format.

 It looks to me that they have to big reputation to scam on bonus especially that high tier accounts are rather strategic from a business point of view. Open a official ticket with support and explain this case to them once again. If that doesn't help host all screenshots on https://imgur.com/ and post links here. You should also move this thread to proper section (Scam Accusations).

Before accusing anyone, you need to have solid proofs against them.
Now when the matter is about PrimeDice, then it should be more appropriate to see any proof that they deceived you. Moreover i don’t think PD will scam anyone. They have the best reputation as a Gambling site here in forum.
But still try to PM Stunna here in the forum.
And i am sure she will resolve your issue instantly.

Is it true! The owner of primedice and stake are same. Recently someone posted in stake ANN thread that stake support team send him message to claim his unclaimed rakeback. So I don't think primedice will hold your VIP level up bonus and won't help you out unless you have done anything wrong.

Don't know what happened actually, but being curious I want to ask you that those other accounts are truly your friend or your alt account? Cause I haven't seen anyone to claim something like that against Primedice before. And suddenly you appear here with three account about same issue.

i added him to telegram then he blocked me because i have big bouns

he do this to my friends also he blocked everybody who reach Platinum

maybe if it is true, it would be better if you attach various valid evidence. so there is no biased understanding.
and I think that until now Primedice is still treating my account well and there are no problems whatsoever.

Ok have read the conversation between you and PD support. You are also posted the conversation between "your friends" and PD support too.
From the conversation, PD support said if you and your friend accounts are connected as multiple accounts and they have known you (i guess you ever played on PD before this account?) and then they blocked your message.

The other site you have played is also trusted gambling site, they have lot of user too. But let's focus about PD first for now. Usually MICRO will handle this situation once he noticed this thread (i've read other member also posted on PD ANN thread too), so let's wait for his reply
