I think OP is talking about Within the Binance Exchange. if you use BNB as trading fee, you'll be able to trade for a lot cheaper than Eth or BTC Fee. and by faster he probably mean Transactions But in Binance chain. if you use ERC20 BNB it is not faster at all. it is same as ETh. but in Binance Chain (their own blockchain, they launched recently) BNB coin seems very fast.

BNB is very useful for the traders, as Binance provides a 25% discount on the trading fee if you make the payment with BNB. Especially for day-traders, 25% can make a lot of difference. But you should be cautious while using the Binance chain, as it is relatively new.

It is very interesting to compare BNB with ETH and BTC, if you want to compare transaction fees I totally agree BNB is indeed cheaper.
But for the price of ETH and Bitcoin it is not expensive and affordable to buy, because we don't have to buy 1 ETH or 1 BTC. We can buy
0.001 BTC or 0.001 ETH. Then regarding the BNB transaction speed is indeed faster, because not as many as using the BNB network are

It doesn't matter if the price is cheaper because that will be their opportunity to buy on that coin while it is not yet increasing.
But people still prefer to invest in ethereum as they know that the ethereum price will make another ATH.

Faster does not mean anything if there are not enough people using it or if the chain is easily hacked by 51% attacks.

At present bnb price is increasing less than btc and eth. But bnb is many times more than any centralized exchange coin. At the rate at which bnb coin has started burning, it seems that the price of bnb will go to a good place More new usecases are being created with bnb coin. But the fact that this coin essentially owned by BNB is such a huge turn off. Though as long as Binance still strive by being the best exchange out there the nature of being owned by Binance could be beneficial in the long run however I always prefer the decentralized ones.

Binance is fast and all but there are also fast coins that's rather decentralized, even the coins below top 5 are usually fast enough for a transaction.

BNB is one of the greatest cryptocurrency to hodl at this moment in time. Binance has shown great work in just few years and its just the begining for it. Compare to eth, it can be considered new. Adoption is coming and I expect it to reach much higher in next year or so.

The faster will refer to the transaction per second which mean if binance can process more transactions compared with ethereum and bitcoin. He was also mentioning it that binance should be an undervalued coin consider it has a better scalability than bitcoin or ethereum.

The idea of "centralized" currency in BNB is what keeps it from being second rank coin, not that it may never become one, it could become one, but that centralized situation makes it not ranked higher so far. Obviously it is not centralized in blockchain itself exactly, but binance does whatever it wants with it, which makes it look like it is centralized, and even though it has HUGE usecase and it is definitely more profitable than almost anything else, it also creates a situation where people are not sure if they want to invest into something with so much usecase that could go high constantly this way, or will it crash one day because of it. Hence why it is ranked high, but not highest. Being cheaper and faster doesn't make any sense when you put centralization in topic.

What do you mean by low ? Did you ever check the graph of BNB before posting it you will see the difference in the price the day binance started to launch their own currency  and today and compare it if it's really low.
The only problem of BNB is users adoption if developer see the potential of binance they will have that demand they want in the future.

maybe he compared the percentage of Bnb prices and current eth prices. but I think the Bnb is a good coin and also has great potential for the future. There have been many real use cases like Daps blokchain, top platform, large community and not much different from ethereum. I personally like these two giant altcoins.

I think @Op's question was about which one is better and faster within Binance exchange. he was not talking about general. and IRL and other out of exchange use of Binance and Ethereum. if we talk about out of exchange then Ethereum is the winner.
but in Binance exchange BNB is better in term of fee and speed.
