3060 Ti Vs 3070 Gigabyte OC Hashrates/Watt comparison

Both of these cards are Gigabyte Gaming OC.

My aim is to see the Wattage usage at highest hashrates at almost exactly same Overclock settings. Will definitely optimize for better hash/W ratio later.

ETH:-

OC settings +1225

Both of these are hashing identical ~61.5 MH/S.
3060 Ti seems to pulling 8 Watts more as per miner usage, 130 W vs 122 W

RVN:-

OC settings +200/+1000

Both are again hashing identical ~29.75 MH/s.
But here 3070 seems to pulling 58 Watts more as per miner usage, 262 W vs 204 W

Interesting thread, and I was curious about hashrate x power consumption on these both cards

looking only at MSRP prices, it makes more sense to buy only 306ti, but we are living crazy times, and at least in my country I found some 3070s only 10% more expensive than 3060ti

3070 will have a better resale value and will be more easy to sell after some time or if market of mining goes to bear again, and I can buy a 3070 right now, there's plenty of stock, while 3080 and 3060tis not even a single piece today

Can you post some pictures of both cards mining?
And do you know the power at the wall of both cards?

Aren't you affraid to kill your GPU with such settings ?

I got 3060ti and 3070 and I realize that performances are identical. But I don't go so high in configuration. I prefer stability and durability (fans are not eternal at 100% speed).

These settings were for testing the best that I could get.

I would definitely optimize for better Hash/W ratio.

And fans I usually run at 85-90 as staying in deserts of middle east is not cool for most of the year

So basically November mid to February End it is cold here and rest all months super hot.
