Well put. I was a nerd long long before Bitcoin as well but I went through a phase where I tried to deny that.
Bitcoin brought me back to my nerd roots  Grin well I guess if I wasn't a nerd I wouldn't have known about it and been interested when it was obscure as hell and been an early adopter so can't claim otherwise.
