Many of us are there who are just trying to stand in the forum. Many are here who are just want to earn.
And many are those who just want to learn. And some of them have both purposes.

I have seen many of the members who are just trying to stand in the forum they are making the posts and want to get the merits.
But they never give up.
And I want to suggest that keep it up. Because success comes after failure if you try try again and you will try to make the constructive posts than there will be the time when you will fully stand and will be raked up.

Like you can see these two profiles which I am going to share. One of them has 140+ post and got only one merit.
And one of them has 300+ posts but only 3 merits. But I really appreciate to them they are trying to make the constructive posts. One of them is a bounty hunter but he/she is in touch with the forum too.

What the elders say is true because the moment you are trying, you are not only getting more knowledge but also getting experience but using people that have opened an account here since 2018 and yet not having 10 merits as an example can not help you. These users should please permit me to make the statement like that as they can be a bounty hunter. But, like your main goal is to have merits and rank up, right? Then use members that have ranked up as examples, you will need to emulate what this members have done before by checking the quality of their posting content. These can help you to raking up until legendary is achieved but yet helping you to getting more merits as long as you are on this forum. If you need some users posts which I believe can help you to develop yours, you can check LovceV, DdmrDdmr, CryptopreneurBrainboss, o_e_l_e_o, pooya87, Upgrade00 and some other ranked members profile to checking their posting qualities. If you check their topics and posts, you will be able to know that you need to make more researches about bitcoin and other crypto in order to rank up.

Yes they have lots of posts but all of them are reports for the bounty they are in,  I'm sure anyone will never give merit for a bounty report, for me, I think the only one who will give merit for a bounty report he was in is his alt account, meritable post are those informative post, and are helpful to others, there are members here who have for example 300 post and got like 200 plus merit because their post is informative and helpful.

Well, we have here different kinds of members, we have members here who joined this forum just for bounty or to earn money, they don't even participate in different informative section, there's no problem with them because that is their choice and that is heir life, we cant tell them what to do but we can give them good advice that can help them to be better and earn more money in the future. The other kind of members is those who joined to gain knowledge so they keep on participating in different sections to gain knowledge. Earnings that they can have in the signature campaign are just a bonus for them.

You also need to keep I see that you are also a good poster and they also have to participate in threads where Merit giver is giving merits to people who they believe have good and informative posts that deserve merit, they have to make themselves relevant and show that they are contributing to this forum, they will eventually get what they deserve.

It will really feel tough and hard if you always post just to earn merits. Don't pressure yourself too much yo will still rank up even your just taking things in a slower and calmed way.
Merits will come if someone finds your post interesting.

Well, you should learn from those examples you included in your post. Don't merely post on bounty threads if you want to grow here in this community. And you should also listen to those elders you're talking about. They've been here long enough and experienced enough and we can also say that somehow, they were once in your shoes so their opinion matters especially when wanting to excel in this field. And also remember that failure is not the opposite of success. It's part of it.

What do you need a rank for? You write about zeal for knowledge. What prevents you from gaining knowledge? Lack of merits?

A lot of reports from the bounty section for both profile that you have mentioned so basically they wouldn't receive merit for that thing, I have seen also a lot of members who are asking how they could gain merits but they still keep on being active in the bounty section but at least they are trying their best to understand how they could receive any merits.

I just notice one thing in your thread, it is just a bad habit posting a profile of other members without any permission from them, that is so unethical for me, especially if you are talking about negative things for them, even though they do not participate in any other useful section, it is not still enough reason for doing such things. The problem is that a lot of these people feel as if this forum owes them something. As if suddenly they will find the magic word and heaps of Merits and the Bitcoins will come flying in.

The truth is plain and simple: this forum doesn't owe you anything and if you haven't got anything useful to say today, you probably will have nothing interesting to say tomorrow. So feel free to read around on these boards, but stop posting your zero-value hollow phrases.

Earning merit is a cliche thing to let newbies make a lot of good and quality posts here in this forum.

Maybe we should change that mindset and tell them that making quality posts will make them grow as an individual so that they will become independent when they want to become a successful investors. The thing that they are aiming is to earn merit which is really make them distracted in making good posts and they are just making long and non-content posts or replies.

Merit is nothing if you are just making post for that, make posts because you want to learn and brighten up your knowledge in crypto world and blockchain technology. By that, you can become successful investor in the future.

Let them express themselves the way they can. Don't get too busy thinking about something they might suppose right if they really don't want to take advice. Just ignore it and report the post to moderator for removal (as you usually do) if the post fall into the low quality category and is useless.

Whether you realize it or not, almost every day you will see swarm of newbie coming to the forum and getting merit in almost the same way. I don't think they are all new to the forum, but some of them are longtime user hiding behind newbie masks.

A successful person knows no failure just as a failure knows nothing as success. Failure comes only when you stop or quit the process. Should you persist and continue in trying to overcome your obstacles or challenges and eventually succeed, then you never experienced failure.

Individuals who mostly fail to archive a goal are not individuals who doesn't try at all though, these are the worst set of persons, they are the individuals who ware out in the process. It all depends on how you view and feel your obstacles. If you view them as that which is bigger than you, it would subdue but, should you view it as just another challenge that you must go through to archive another greater goal, then your just as likely to succeed.
