For primedice, you are not alone. There are a couple more persons reporting the problem in the PD main thread.
For dicenow, it seems I can access the site without problem.

Did you see PD3 and LN? Do they look alike?

Dooglus also said something about large number of PD bets being invalid due to 50% house edge while 1% is advertised...you can read all out on PD thread...will you remove PD from your list now lol
