Looking for a Python/HTML/ PHP developer

I am looking for a developer who can work on a project which is already written in Python coding [Telegram bot]. I need it for the long term and will pay according to it.
The bot is already coded almost 90% but due to some reason, my previous dev left the task in between. now just 2 things remaining.

- Buffer: bug fixes, stabilization
- Check for users in group and diff with previous periods.
- Hosting it on my platform.

When applying please do mention your hourly or fixed rates?
