What happened::
I saw user vareole thread where he is selling vcc. I contacted him on telegram. We had an agreement and I paid him with btc. Right after I sent him the payment, he deleted the whole telegram chat, went offline (blocked me) and never came back. I feel really bad that I throw away money like that. It's a terrible feeling I wish on no one.

Amount Scammed: 0.00321296 BTC/$66
Payment Method: Bitcoins
Proof of Payment:

PM/Chat Logs: Unfortunately he erased all of Telegram's chat history. But you can clearly see that he blocked me on Telegram. If we haven't had any conversation, he couldn't have blocked me. https://i.imgur.com/30NOHy6.png https://i.imgur.com/Rf3GClH.png

Additional Notes: I think in the beginning he even tried to scam me for more money. Right after I contacted him, he immediately raised the minimum amount he was dealing with on by editing his thread on this forum. He hoped I didn't notice but I did. Maybe mods/admins of this forum can check his edits, but previously the minimum amount was $50, he then raised it to $100 while he was chatting with me on Telegram. Luckily I didn't go for that otherwise he would have robbed me even more. We agreed for a $50/50k ARS vcc and that's what I paid (+ his fee).

I'm really sorry you had to go through this too. That guy is a huge piece of shit. I even reached out to him on discord to give him a chance to make it right, but of course no way, he denied everything.

Luckily he's dumb enough. On discord he claimed he never blocked me on telegram but he played himself by saying that. I sent him a message on Telegram while I was blocked. That message never reached him of course, as I was blocked. I asked him to reply to me on Telegram and quote that message on Telegram if he really never blocked me: of course he couldn't quote that message. He doesn't have it on his Telegram, because I was blocked when I sent it to him. This should be concrete proof. Screens below.

Discord chat: https://i.imgur.com/QgQUkwj.png

Proof that he has now unblocked me on Telegram and that he can't read my Telegram message nor quote it: https://i.imgur.com/xk9ge9A.png

All in all, these people are worms, nothing more. I believe in karma and though I feel like shit now, I am somehow sure he will universe will make him pay back what he's doing to people and horrible things are destined to happen to such worms.

Nice try.. I havent had any vcc sale from 9th december.

wrzvrflw registered 3h ago, but already know how to create flag, surely a "newbie" here.
Try to create more accounts and make more scam threads against me. Like a Christmas calender, each day new account and thread.

It's hard to catch you, but one day every scammer comes across and you must understand this, someday you make a gross mistake and we will have irrefutable evidence of your fraud.

I cannot say that you are deceiving everyone, you are selling cheap goods honestly and as soon as you realize that you can easily deceive and hide your tracks, then you do it. An interesting move, you seem to honestly sell some goods and still manage to make money on a scam. Bravo, bring the award, you are the best crook I have met.

The funny thing is that no person above the rookie rank would do business with you without an escrow. Everyone knows who you are. Only beginners can fall for this.

The evidence you have given is very weak. If @vareole scammed you then you must have all the evidence. Give all the evidence here, so that we can call him a scammer. But if you don't have any strong evidence then no one will support this baseless scam accusation. You cannot go far with false accusations.

What is the reason that @Vareole blocked OP in Telegram? Why chat is deleted? @Vareole is doing it just for fun? Yes, right! Smiley

I keep providing the best evidence possible in this situation yet everyone seems to be so invested into accusing/debunking me or other people that are backing up what I'm claiming (that vareole is a scam), but no one seems to be actually interested or taking time to investigate or even consider that vareole is actually a thief and a liar. It seems absurd to me.

Objectively speaking, my evidence here is much stronger than his answers (which were basically none or very, very weak). But no one seems to actually see that or care about that. I lost a good chunk of money (for me at least, might not be much for someone else) and while I'm pretty much conscious that I will never see my money back I at least want to try my best to stop that worm from hurting other people.

Since it's kinda clear that he has multiple accounts/internet personalities by now. I am starting to suspect that some of the people here (those who can't objectively examine my proof and doesn't wonder why vareole isn't giving solid answers to my claims, which should be easy and quick if he's really innocent) are just alt accounts of his.

I'm even ready to go the extra miles to bring this fucker down: if you don't trust me or want to know I'm real I'm ready to get on the phone and talk with any mod or admin that needs to verify my story. I still have all the proof I have posted above and I'm even ready to send videos of anything required. Hell, if we by any chance happen to live close by, I'm even willing to meet mods or admins in person if needed (in a safe place of course). I have nothing to hide. Can you say the same of that scammer?

I know how shitty it felt to be scammed and this guy deserves nothing less to be burnt into the ground, especially if it may save someone else throwing their hard earned money like that.

Like the other guy said.  I have no idea one way or the other whether Vareole is a scammer or not.  He may very well be or may not be, but when you say a "mod told you to add a flag" while adding a flag may be the right thing to do I'm not sure how you rated that special treatment because I've yet to ever get a response from a mod.  So when the guy asked you to prove that "a mod told you" is the case (which is not the case in your 5 PUBLIC messages which is easy to find)  maybe you got a private response.  If you're just bloviating that puts your rep under scrutiny for also being an ALT of someone.  The request was simple by the other poster since you offered multiple "proof" he requested one as well which was basically "since You were a brand newbie and posted a flag which the average brand newbie wouldn't have a clue how to do then possibly you had an ulterior motive for your complaint."

I posted proof in my last message that a mod/admin told me to do it. It's not really hard to figure out how to do it, as I understand you go to someone's profile and leave the flag. I hope I did it correctly but it looks like I did since no one complained about that, yet.

So is this "you're a n00b and no way you are skilled enough to leave a flag" thing sorted finally or not? Can we concentrate on what's the real problem here please?

Sure, the "real" problem is, like with the hundreds of other scam complaints around here is whether they are legit or just someone out for retribution or to kill the competition. Cheesy  You sure seem like an intelligent person from your writing but if you hang around here long enough you should be able to understand the scrutiny however when you start suggesting all the other posters may be alts that drops your bonifides a bit.  Cheesy

Never said that. I said that I have the impression that some other members may be alts. But thanks for keeping me under scrutiny. I guess it's part of the game and it doesn't really worries me as I have nothing to hide, it's just a bit frustrating as I feel no one is caring about the real problem here but are more occupied with finding some "hidden truth" with me - as I am the one who scammed or is trying to scam someone...

By the way, if someone was claiming that I'm a scammer, while I'm actually legit, I'd post/give everything that's required to show that I'm not a scammer. To save my reputation (given I cared about that...). But not only that guy couldn't prove shit in his last reply, it also looks like he doesn't care much. I mean, even if I was reading this thread as a 3rd party, the situation would look pretty clear to me, but maybe that's just me.

@sandy-is-fine , since it seems that you like to scrutinize people: what do you think about my proof and how vareole can't come up with a definitive reply to end all of this once for all? He just needs to quote that message I sent him if he really never blocked me on Telegram as he claims.

Edit:  regarding the Mod email, I missed that as I didn't open the link. Just saw it.  Sorry on that.

Probably tl;dr but .......  If one can't deal with this crap they are probably better off just moving on.  I have been scammed more times than you can imagine but I usually take it as part of the game which has been what gets me going with these obvious scammers. As for Vareole, I don't have an real opinion either way based on what I have been reading, maybe 53-47 on your side Smiley .   Sometimes the guilty just get away with murder but 100% will eventually get themselves caught.  Your war of words with him isn't going to get you anything but ajita and hypertension and a bunch of fake newbies joining in and cheering you on.  Cheesy  Sometimes (and this goes for both sides of this thread) you just can't prove what you know to be true or false.  I would honestly say that since probably 85% of what is posted in digital goods is a scam and/or obtained by illegal means and 95% of accounts/invites sales are hacked shit so if one is looking to buy what OBVIOUSLY isn't on the up and up they should be prepared for the outcome because people who sell hacked/scam/stolen or whatever shit will mostly end up as scammers eventually and those who buy it end up eventually being scammed.  I used to buy loads of Starbucks cards for personal use here which is how I found the place but I wasn't naive enough to believe it's legitimacy and figured WIN SOME/LOSE SOME.  I had a great supplier for  a very long time, 0 problems, but my last purchase I got scammed for $150 and he was gone in the wind. People who hide behind anonymous names taking untraceable payment claiming  lifetime warranties (or ANY warranty at all) have to be assumed they are scammers and if you get away buying what they sell you're lucky and ahead of the game.  Too much other important stuff going on in the world.  If your REALLY just want to catch him there are 95% foolproof ways to do it but it will mean losing money if it's that important. Buy what will you gain?  He'll get red tagged (maybe banned but doubtful) and will just reappear as someone else 20 minutes later.

Yes, you're unfortunately right here. In any case, the fucker has been extensively caught by now (now there is a very clear video proof of him scamming someone live, using the same exact method he used with me - delete chat history and block me on Telegram). But it's sad that such shit people get away with just changing their online identities. It's too easy and there should be systems to punish them adequately. It's also our "newbies" fault for not using escrow, sure, but this doesn't make these people any less the worthless shit they are

I wonder which poor DT alt is that Cheesy this guy scamming daily without being tagged Cheesy I love it

If we had the strong evidence against him he would have been tagged. You should know that there are many DT, so if one does not tag him due to any reason, he will be tagged by the other but evidence needs to be crisp, clear and detailed.

I wonder which poor DT alt is that Cheesy this guy scamming daily without being tagged Cheesy I love it

First, I don't know what DT stands for. Second, you have no right to call me alt. I'm just not one lol. Get on the phone with me if you or anyone else is that committed in defending that piece of shit. I have no fear of proving anything, to anyone.

Third, letting aside the video proof that has recently showed up (how the hell would you debate that one is beyond my understanding), I'm pretty sure I also have nice proof here on my thread. And the fucking scammer of course couldn't give a remotely good reply to what I presented.

This is the price you pay for creating fake multiple scam accusation using sock puppet accounts with no hard evidence. Eventually no one will even care about following up or believing you. suck it up.

This is insane. I swear I have never experienced something like this in the almost 20 years I'm being part of internet communities. Despite clear evidences and objectively logical arguments (with absolutely no valid counter-argument from the other side), there is a very compact wall that simply doesn't want to be breached (again, choosing to accuse one party, me, instead of the other, for no apparent reason).

At this point it is 100% clear that there is definitely something sneaky behind all of this. All these people determined to defend that scammer (while he doesn't even bother to reply or try to defend himself) must have their own interests in this, or (as they accuse me lol) they are in some way alts or connected to him. There is no way one could objectively and logically explain otherwise. No logical way at all. And this shit must be nicely remunerative for all the thieves involved.

Do what you want to do guys, I 100% know that I won't ever see my hard earned money now, I'm not that stupid. So at this point I'm only losing time here.

But one thing is for sure, something really shady is going on here and I won't make the mistake of making trades here again, and if I really, really, really have to, I'll make sure to use middleman as the very minimum (which I 100% should have done in the first place, that's the only fault I have). I strongly suggest that everyone does the same.

To anyone who happens to read this: contrary to all these people spitting sentences out of nowhere, I'm real and ready to prove my story and anything you need to believe and be careful of this shit. Feel free to get in touch with me. One thing is to lose a bit of money because of some lowlife scum, another is to be taken as a fraudster in addition to the damage received. That latter is absolutely not acceptable for me and I won't tolerate it.

He also scammed me. I lost 110€.  Sad
You can see our chat here: https://imgur.com/a/xJBZhEx

He changed the message with the address after I sent him the money (you can see this by the pencil besides the message).
His excuse that he sent me a bitcoin address is totally wrong. I know how a bitcoin address looks like and my wallet wouldn't let me send eth to a btc address.

Please flag him. He will scam a lot more people if you don't do it.

@MODS: Could you at least convert his threads to non self managed ones? So we can warn people from him.
He always locks his threads, so no one can write something bad about him.

Did you confirm the address you copied from skype before hitting send. Just throwing this out there to doublecheck your system to ensure you didn't pick up any malware that replaces addresses, always best practice.

In the future a good practice is to copy the message and respond to them to confirm the address, this way you can definitely prove that you sent to the right address and no one can edit your reply.

Can you post your txid? At least this way some people can try and piece things together if there is anything to find and prove.

Yes, I did confirm the address before sending, because I sent me the address and amount per telegram so I can send the ETH via my phone wallet and then checked it again so I didn't miss a character during copying.
Proof: https://imgur.com/a/0RTIHQb

In the future I know now that I always use an escrow service when I pay that much money. Cheesy

I also did some research on skype and I found out that you can check when a message was edited, by downloading your messages from here:

Oh, what a surprise I can confirm now, that he changed the message afterwards...

I can send a moderator the skype download link to proof that I've not changed something, but I will not publish this here publicly because there are all of the other messages in there too.

EDIT: I saw now that I can't send the skype download link because you have to be logged in for that. But I will find another way to get the file to the moderator with a proof that I didn't change anything.

Hi adriankendrick, I am really sorry to hear about your experience. But many hanks for sharing it, at least all the people defending that prick will need to have a hard look at their beliefs now. Unless they have their own interests in doing so, of course, which is not hard to think as there already was pretty strong evidence before this too (videos, reports).

@adriankendrick , I know it's a long stretch, but any chance you have more info on this bastard? Let me know if you want to get in touch with me privately so we can talk and share info on this piece shit. This offer is obviously open to anyone else who can in some way verify was scammed by this fucker. Let's make this vermin's life as hard as it needs to be until karma takes care of him and anyone involved.

He did that, and I agree it absolutely was the right thing to do.

But what will it change? You also saw how these people react to threads like mine or proofs like the video one that recently came up, which was the exact same way I was scammed by vareole the way.

Defending one party like that, despite countless reports and proof, with no apparent reason makes it clear that there actually must be a reason indeed... That's all I can come up with using a logical and impartial way of thinking. It's both shady and a bit scary to be honest.
