i have long term plan to start /buy large scale agriculture land i have plan and at least it will generate 25 years income continuously

i like to invite to international investors who like to fund this project with cryptocurrency
im starting this as pilot project and guideline for many business owners who is agriculture business

so is there any idea/concern about my idea plz reply with your idea

i like to pay 3% in every month in average doller value of your investment

if you invest 100$ in any crypto currency you will get 3% monthly for lifetime
this not get rich quick spam and we are collecting funds for run large scale agri business

if you large scale investor land can be give as security 25000$

all funds will held in company account and will buy land when all investment collect we will pay interest until collect whole investment

So you're trying to collect $25k usd in amount or seeking out for some investor for you to purchase up some land? You didnt even mentioned on what kind of agribusiness
are you tending to make and also whats the assurance that you can give out to those who do tend to invest that you wont really be running away their money?

This is the hardest part even if you do really mean or truthful into your motives or plans but when trust is the issue then most likely you would really fail.

Sweet words or just telling out your goodplan inside your mind wont really be enough on convincing someone to make out some investment.

If you want to do this you have to convince the investors that you'll do a good business and they'll get profit off this.
You posted here some numbers any hyip scam site can do. You are not doing it right, sorry. And this means that you won't convince anybody.

You had better posts on this subject. You'd have to gather everything in one place. Keep in mind that you have to be extremely convincing.

You would really expect those kind of claims and too good to be true investment returns and promises out of those newbies that do just simply post up once and then leave
and hoping that there are some newbie investors who would took up the risk on burning their money.

Its better to find out some investors in locale since they can able to see that proposed agricultural land and might have the chance to get some investment

Then you are not in the right place because no one will believe this kind of stint, maybe if you think your plan is good then find that amount on your neighborhood or maybe friends and make them rich, because if you are just looking without giving any proof then we will think about that you are planning to scam people here.

Indika, what you have posted does sound like a scam because
a) we need more proof , perhaps pictures of you, LinkedIn etc..
b) you need to explain the economics behind the coconut business i.e if you sell 1000 coconuts, net income will be: 1500 USD (net income is revenue-cost of goods sold essentially, profit)

Based of some responses I've read from a user suggesting to raise the money from friends and family, he or she clearly does not know the capital limitations there are in third world countries, where one cannot just simply raise $$ from individuals.

I would like to learn more about your proposition but at the very minimum would neet a powerpoint presentation depicting the business and how to make profits, proof of you as an individual (photo id... social profiles.. etc) I know this can seem a like a lot of request but if you are asking someone to do business with you the 'investor' will want to be confident he or she can trust you enough with their money.

Then why you didn't invite your friends to invest with you if this is legit many will invest at your plan but since you choose to go here then we will conclude that this is scam since how can the foreign own that one while you don't have any legal specimen shown or provided here. If you plan to buy an agricultural land better save some money and buy it in future.

You can tell all of those plans you do have in mind and the numbers that you've been mentioning here.You do talk about 10 to 30 acre of land and in calculations
10 acre x 8000 = 80,000 USD
10 acre x 20000 = 200,000 USD
30 acre x 8000 = 240,000 USD
30 x 20000 =  600,000 USD

Just inputted the minimum and maximum since you do mention the price of land in acres then you do really believe that there would be someone on this forum

Plans in mind are great but gaining trust isnt something that you can easily to achieve on. Why not get some Bank loan instead? as earlier mentioned.

Dealing with agricultural or real estate would be much preferred to be engaged on face to face basis.It isnt really ideal that you are just investing into something which is too far away from you as an investor.

with that alone you can already foresee the hassle when it comes into this kind of dealings unless if this would be just on your local then that would be considerable and a better choice.

If you do try to look on how many had tended to make out such offers about  real estate business or land related projects then 99.9 or 100% of them do fail and didnt get any investors online.
No one can just throw their money into unsure things and doesnt give out any assurances.
