You can get these answers without having to pay any money, but if you want to get paid posts, do the following:

 - Determine what the task needs to be done and explain it in detail.

Why can't you just reveal your company to us and be transparent instead of making us curious and still wondering? No disrespect, but I have been in this situation many times already with the statement of "I am looking for a few like minded people" which is common almost everywhere, and ended up getting offered with scammish or ponzi opportunities instead which I immediately rejected them.

However, for those of you who have been interviewed by the OP, good luck with that. It's your choice anyway and know the consequences later on.

The reason for that is that i need to remain as anonymous as possible so i dont want these questions circulating openly in thread. And aswell it gives me a idea on how much time you needed to reply to me.

I guess the idea here is that you take the leap of faith and invest 2 minutes to answer 8 questions, and by the time you receive the questions you can decide if you want to give a fuck or not. And if your not openminded to spare 2 minutes chances are your not one of us.

I have nothing against you but again your measurements does not seems to be realistic ones. How you will get to know how much time will it take anyone to answer 8 questions. You will only msg and if the person is offline, he may reply you late. If you need to measure the time, you need to make sure a person is online and tell him to respond as soon as possible as the time counting has been started.

I dont measure the time, it gives me an idea. That is one of the reasons. It takes 2 mins if your holding this knowledge already.
