btx.global - Scam?

I received a spam message in my telegram messenger about a service called btx.global.
Maybe someone has already used it?

LOL it's ponzi scheme (and it has been mentioned on their site too ) there's no way to multiply your Bitcoin unless gambling. So, stay away from this any kind ponzi since it's scam.

Well, this is a new one!
A Ponzi scheme that tells people it's a Ponzi and they can lose money, but on top of that, it has 5 languages and a tor website, impressive 
The only thing I'm still wondering a bit is if the Op received the message or he was actually the sender, the usual newbie finding a 20 days old website story.
