What is exactly the issue here? They still did not completed your withdrawl request, is that it?

According to your screenshot, your withdrawl request has been created in December 13th and should be completed up to 72 hours. Have you tried to contact them?

In my point of view, as more than 72 hours has been passed there might have a misunderstanding here.

I believe in their fairness, I would suggest to be a little more patient and your issue will solve certainly.

This is not true. They already replied to you that they are looking into this case. When they have an update, they contact. If you do not have any patience and keep sending Emails, do you expect that they reply on every Email if you are only making threats ?

This country is also stated in the terms and conditions. When people register on the site, they agree to the terms. Regarding Spyros; I already contacted him a few moments ago and I am sure things will be solved quickly.

Adkinsbet is not telling the truth. They opened registration to UK residents, then all of a sudden they changed their Terms and Conditions to exclude UK residents. I have pictures to prove this and I already sent it to them. Now they are refusing to pay me out, saying I breached the terms and conditions. They are witholding my winnings and my deposit. They permitted my registration in the first instance and you could have selected the UK as your resident country.

I would like Adkinsbet to publicly state how many persons from the UK did they allow to register on their site. I would also like them to state why did they have the UK as a country choice you could select upon registration and then change their policy to say that country is prohibited. Why did you not notify punters you allowed to register from the UK about this? I would like them to advise if they are confiscating all deposits and winnings from all players they allowed to register from the UK.

You are dishonest. You are guilty of breaching your own terms and conditions. Why are u not making small payouts within the 72 hour timeframe and then come here begging for patience? Why don't you pay people their winnings instead of having them wait over 3 days and then have to come on the forum and ask for their money? You all are unprofessional and displaying many red flags typical of a scam bookie.

I'm not really sure they will damage their reputation just for 18mBTC well just like they've said they were looking into your case all you can do is to wait for their investigation to be finished.

Mate, did you checked their Terms? There is clearly written that it is forbidden to register from Great Britain. That is your own responsibility.

I am afraid that you mix up somethings. We did not change the agreement with restricted countries. Great Britain was always in this list as forbidden jurisdiction.
It is your own responsibility to check the terms when you register.
