But, the best way to get a good developer who crated the token without script kiddie copy-paste some other source code to deploy the new token always on some "Service Website Project" who provide creating a token for ICO/IEO and Token Sale.

Reach out freelancing platforms if you want to hire someone to code for you. Upwork, on subreddit bitcoin for jobs.
And as suggested if you pay bitcoin on the service while in altcoins on the Marketplace ALtcoins.
I wouldn't ask for more about your idea but hopefully it won't be just like those pump and dump tokens.

The 'service section' is the best place to ask for services, or you can also search for the team via the freelance website...
You should look for a team that you can work with, share your vision with, and who really work hard to achieve your goals.

if you are looking for them here on the forum you should take a look in the service section there are many people who offer their services but it is better to act with caution and not on impulse carefully check the references, the professionalism and the past jobs, you can take a look also on reddit

You can find everything you you need here the problem is can you Pay them? there is no free service in this forum and you must have Budget for that project you wanted to start.

Unless there is another account here that looking for your concept and will make a deal in the middle.
