This is really big concern for many because its look like they are doing some tricks for more fees and their own profit and its going to take very long time.

It's caused by it's a liquidation process and the exchange site will be giving what they have owned it. The stolen amount will never go back again to the crytopia's pocked and that's why they were taking the liquidation process as a way to refund the users of cryptopia in the past.
So many people have been complaining about they are feeling so complicated to fulfill all of conditions.
