That's a lot of no! 42% atm Maybe some people want to make believe that they will use mtgox so mtgox has more value for potential buyers, it's a long shot to try to achieve this impression I have millions of satoshis stuck there.
If they reopen with full balances available to all users, improve management and transparency - maybe.

they will never again have the appealing market share that they once held.
As such I can see little financial reason to ever trade on them in the future.
If I was going to pick them for moral reasons or because they treated me so well in the past....well i don't think they are going to get far on that one.
