What more now that the Price of Bitcoin is about 35,000 and above so just to get that 90euro (and not USD mate) yet not so generous thinking that the company has not proven anything legit here in forum.

from what i see this is a kind of personal bank or personal digital wallet ^{(i do not really understand)} that can be used for payments anywhere.

Maybe you're kind of stupid if you buy 1 BTC just to get 90 euros. It is very risky and no one would ever try it. I'll try soon if I buy 100mBTC and get 5€ lol.
